Process seemed slow and inconvenient
Process seemed slow and inconvenient. Had issues with the self design of USB drives. When I contacted them they would hand me off to someone else.
Purchased a duplicator but the copies even though giving me “green lights”do not play in several vehicle types if not all. Currently not sure what is the path forward. Disappointed. Troubleshooting.

OK but not great.
I’ve always given Disc Makers five stars on every project they’ve done for me—and they’ve handled 11 albums over the years. They’ve consistently been great to work with.
This was my first USB project, though, and I do wish there had been a bit more guidance on the final product. I wasn’t aware that including videos would require formatting the USB as exFAT, which doesn’t play in all vehicle systems. As a result, some of my customers weren’t able to play the music in their cars.
When I reached out, the explanation was that the format was necessary because of the videos, and there wasn’t much that could be done after the fact. I completely understand that—but I do wish I had known this upfront so I could have made a more informed decision.
That said, I take some responsibility as well—maybe I should have asked more questions about USB formats. Still, I had hoped for a bit more guidance going into it.
Overall, they were excellent from start to finish on the project aside from this issue, and I will absolutely continue working with them. To help my customers, I’m now producing a second USB myself on my own computer with just the music in FAT32 format so it will play in any vehicle and eliminate any issues.

I'm sorry these didn't make it in time for your release show. It looks like you took advantage of our 'Economy' or 'Extended Turn' production schedule. This is approximately 10-15 business days at a significantly discounted rate. Please note that during high capacity times in our production department, orders can take longer to ship than the initially quoted ship date. Unlike our faster turn times, Extended Turn orders do not have a guaranteed delivery date. If there is a specific date or deadline for your order, we recommend upgrading to the Standard or Priority production time to ensure you receive your product when needed. You can always give us a call and let us know the date ahead of time, and we'll make sure we have it in your hands before that date. If you'd like to discuss this further please give us a call at 856-663-9030.
