It was very good experience the were super respoNsive to all my questions which i had a lot of. Some of the configuration for finalizing the art work to upload was difficult and i feel could have been explained better initially but overall i had a good experience and the product came out too quality. Ill be using their services again.

You really need to get your upload and proof playback interface with all browsers. It not being compliant wit Safari for playback at best tiresome uploading with pausing not uploading and generaly sketchy. I listen to my proofs after downloading chrome to get them to play back correctly. They were fine. received my product and there were crackling sounds in the audio in spots. when I address the issue I was told it was in the files I uploaded. Same files uploaded to several other platforms with no issues.Best solution they could come up with was me paying a discounted price for new cd's that I would then have to open all my CDs and replace the disc by hand, Been customer for years in the past I was sent someone else's CD's and one release the end of songs after a second would play a small bit of Audio again. I have an order in form them for the vinyl version of this release I hope it comes out good. I will now seek another vendor for a reprint of this release and all future releases.
