Very efficient and nice costumer service, however the product I received did not work. It was a battery for a vacuum cleaner. They said they will send me a refund, which is nice, but still I am not able to use my vacuum cleaner.

The hoover was sent quickly but it was missing the hose. Customer Services responded efficiently and although I have yet to receive the hose, I have been told it is on its way. It was easy to contact the company and they have replied swiftly.
