I am very happy. However, when it come to building the trampoline net, the screws don't fit, not in the middle of the bars or on the top of the net. So I don't know what I'm going to do because it's kind of just holding on for dear life and a suddenly. This isn't the company's fault. It was fast delivery and good communication via emails I've bought from them before for Hoover's in the past and never had any issues. I'm just a bit sad that the parts on the trampoline don't fit exact

For a reconditioned item, it’s perfect and as new. I really find it difficult to spot any problems. Runs perfectly. A very pleasing purchase!

I have had my Vax Steam Fresh a few weeks now so I can give a review. Delivered and upon opening amazed as it really did look new. I have used it quite often it is fantastic even the gadgets work. I would recommend Direct Vacuums to anyone. Why buy new when you can buy refurbed at a fraction of the price, this company has an excellent customer care as well.

I purchased a refurb vacuum cleaner from these people and I had some questions I got in touch with their customer service and they answered everything for me.
