Great service.
I got a phone call after placing the order to say there would be a delay of about 4 weeks and was that OK.
In this instance it was OK to wait and in actual fact I had it 2 weeks later.
Excellent service. Really like being kept informed.

No issues really, a four instead of a five simply down to a bit of confusion with delivery. Otherwise, a great price and love the new handles.

Very good customer service, supplier called to advise of stock shortage on 1 item but offered a solution, i then received a further call 15 minutes later to say their courier had been to collect the deliveries for that day and to apologise that my order would now be the following day. More suppliers should be more customer friendly, will definitely use again, and their prices were very competative

Bought big brand handles - recommended by our Carpenter - from this site. They were cheaper than he could get through trade contacts and arrived very quickly. Everything was in stock and superbly packed and handled. Very impressed

About 8 years ago we got some door handles for downstairs, through our kitchen fitters - at trade price, via Magnet Trade. Wanting to now upgrade the upstairs to match them was able to find the exact same ones at DDH for a very similar price per handle. Bargain!
