Fab customer service
After months of searching, I reached out to Direct Door Handles to try and identify an existing door handle which I wanted to replace. Paul responded immediately and based off some photos I sent confirmed the exact handle I’d need to order. It arrived promptly and is exactly what I was looking for - I’m so appreciative of how helpful they were and would highly recommend! If it weren’t for them it would have cost me a fortune to replace all ten matching door handles.

My five door handles and lock for the…
My five door handles and lock for the bathroom arrived very quickly. The shape of the handles was as expected, but they were not the best example of Antique brass, with a brushed finish which made them look more modern. They were very good quality and value for money, with a nice feel in the hand. Pretty pleased.
