old stock has to go first attitude
disappointed that new style swimming costume (lined, closed back) is not stocked in local uniform shop in all sizes (because old stock has to be sold first) nor can it be ordered

Ordering school uniform made easy - by Chloe!
Ordering school uniform.. any parent’s worst nightmare!
I can honestly say, I have been SO lucky throughout this whole process, because it’s been easy.. even when colours and sizes haven’t been right, I have been able to email and have every single question answered, problem resolved and item of clothing sorted. Not only that, but everything’s been so quick!
Chloe specifically, has been beyond exceptional! I’ve had to speak with her on numerous occasions and she is always so lovely, super helpful and eager to resolve any query. She really is an asset to the team!

Ordering is easy
Ordering is easy. The website is easy to navigate. It's the delivery where it falls short even when selecting delivery direct to the school. Email notification says dispatched but it was only the following week when 2 orders arrived together. Stock for some sizes in some garments was non existent, and this at the beginning of a season.
