A great product and even better customer service. I have been a customer of DDDS for some years already.
Recently had an order that got delayed due to an issue with the delivery company. DDDS reached out proactively before i'd even seen a delay note with an apology, a solution and a delivery refund. I received my order less than 24 hours after original expected delivery time. How rare it is these days to see such proactivity and action - I will always appreciate a company that supports through issues in this way.

I have ordered dim sum many times over the past couple of years from this company and always found the meal kits really good and tasty albeit slightly pricey, but it's a nice treat. However, the last couple of kits I have ordered, the quality seems to have declined. You used to get a carrot In the kit to make the slaw with the edamame beans but you don't receive this any more. (Not the end of the world as I can buy a carrot) In the most recent kit I ordered last week I should have received two green dumplings (the vegan kit) however I received two white inedible dumplings that had spilt and stuck to the packaging. We couldn't use them, as they had split and we were unsure if they contained meat. I have contacted the company about this but received no acknowledgement or response which I find disappointing especially as I have been a regular customer. Sadly, due to this experience I'm not sure I will order again.

Absolutely the best I've had outside of Hakkasan and Yuatcha (and they are eat in and much pricier!. For cook at home this beats all others. Tasty with great textures. Easy to cook. INstructions worked out well.

Will definitely be ordering again

Wouldn’t recommend, ordered for a New Year’s Eve party and was really disappointed. The spring rolls ordered were missing, the sets ordered stated green buns but we didn’t have them, they were white ones. Send three messages to this now and haven’t yet received any response or acknowledgment. In addition to be very disappointed with the quality of it, we were all disappointed and majority went in the bin.

Delicious food! It came really well packed and everything in our pescatarian box was excellent. Will definitely use again great value.

Amazing! The best Dim Sun I've had outside of a really good restaurant. All of the flavours really came through in every dish. The Prawn Gyoza were Bentley compared to the Itsu Ford Gyoza. Full of succulent juicy flavorful prawns with real texture. They could all have been freshly made. Can't wait to try more of them.

If only they had the guinea fowl puffs that you get at Yuatcha .....

I recently had a multi cultural Chinese wedding where my couple really wanted Dim Sum that our chosen wedding venue could not provide. I reached out to Ding Dong Dim Sum, who said they were more than happy to help us with a large order that our venue were happy to cook for us, it sent frozen direct to our venue. It was by far the best canape we had on the day and they were all eaten pretty quickly, we could have had more. My couple did try a delivery first just to check and they were really impressed. They have been nothing short of perfect, from communication, to delivery, to the quality of the food. Seriously happy wedding planner, thank you Romy for all your support and help.

Fantastic and delicious first box, so quick and easy to cook. I will definitely be ordering another, a great little treat for special occasions or get togethers.

Over the past few years I have ordered these Dim Sum boxes around 5 (?) times now and they are always incredible treats. The packaging and delivery is always impeccable with the freezer food being delivered ice cold as always. The taste of the dim sum and the experience makes for a perfect date night or special dinner occasion.

Had a really good experience our first go. The second time not so much. All of the sauces and seasonings had opened up and created a mess all over the packaging. I contacted the company to tell them and they didn’t offer anything - no replacement for the trashed sauces/seasonings, no discount, nothing.

For something so expensive I frankly expected more. I can go to Chinatown and pay the same price for did sum and not even have to cook it. Won’t be ordering again.

Excellent food and very friendly service at reasonable prices

I found this product very disappointing...I ordered the prawn and chilli dumplings for 2, no way would this feed 2, there were plenty of dumplings but the vegetables were truly awful, since when has okra been a Chinese veg, noodles were so so and the sauce was unpleasant

Definitely not worth the £50 we paid. Looked lovely when it arrived and was impressed. We followed the cooking to letter yet the dumplings were mushy, and either fell apart or were full of water. Definitely wouldn't recommend for the money or taste. Next time I'll stick with the supermarket freezer section for a fraction of the price.

We have had deliveries from them in the past but not for a year or so now.
Ordered a couple of weeks ago for delivery today and delivery went really smoothly. DPD advised yesterday that it was on route and it arrived as per notification.
The food this time was absolutely superb! There wasn’t one single thing we would change. Each little parcel was packed full of flavour!

Delivered on time and well packaged. The food was great, full of flavour and very filling. The instructions were easy to follow even for a numpty son.

Customer service was good. I was a little disappointed when it arrived as it didn't look like very much dim sum for the price. But once I steamed the dim sum, it looked fine and was quite tasty. Lots of delicious dips came with the package, too.

Order cancelled on the day it was due. They put through a refund but no offer of goodwill, even when I made it clear this was a big inconvenience for us in this case. Wouldn’t rely on them for any dinner party or similar

These guys are awesome, they go above and beyond. I had an issue with my gift card and they worked really hard to resolve the problem. Such incredible customer service. Thank you so much.

Absolutely delicious dim sum. So simple to cook and restaurant quality delicious. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. 10/10!
