Got charged for trips that drivers didn’t accept. Never got a refund. This company isn’t trustworthy, and i wouldn’t recommend it less.

It's a bait me switch scheme

It's a bait me switch scheme. Charger. One price when you accept the ride. Charge a second price when you get in the car. Charge an increased price when you leave. Then magically they start refunding random amounts without any discussion. So you know that it's a fraud

Big mess

Prices are very variable. If you see no drivers and cancel then reorder the price goes up and if you do it again it goes up again. Then, if you cancel and closebthe app after 5 min they send you a flash deal discount (as if the inflated price was right) that brings you back to your original pricing
Drivers cancel trips after waiting for 7 or 8 min. A driver canceled my trip just after he arrived at my place and I saw him taking other customers in! They use all the apps and chose what they like!
It's a mess and a waste of time.

I am a passenger in San IsidroNo real 24/7 safety support in Argentina

I am a passenger in San Isidro, Buenos Aires (Argentina). I requested a DiDi ride to transport my prescription eyeglasses (essential for work). The driver never delivered them and left with my glasses. When I called, she verbally abused me and said “this will cost you dearly”, refusing to return my property.

I filed a safety report in the app and tried every channel (in-app help, email, social media). There is NO real 24/7 support for safety issues, only slow forms. This is extremely stressful and unsafe for users. If DiDi cannot protect passengers in these situations, I cannot trust this service anymore.

RIP OFF- the price quoted is only an ESTIMATE!! Check your billing as they dont disclose this, we paid 50% more than their stated price! (undisclosed as an estimate).
App removed, Uber from now on because what they quote is what you pay.

As a driver I am very disappointed

As a driver I am very disappointed, DiDi does not accept Driving License Renewal document, I have to wait for a new driver's license to be able to drive again. In addition, their operators lied to me that they would solve it within a few working days and that they would also send me an email from the supervisor. Only promises, no actions. After 3 years of driving, I only drive for Uber, DiDi disappointed me a lot. That's probably why they have so few drivers.

The driver turned up 15 mins past what they advised Drove past me waiting
He drove very irrationally 45-55 knin a 80 zone Constantly gripping on and off the wheel Had no idea of how to get to the airport from northern beach’s even though he said he had been driving 14 years in Australia He would not give us his name and the photo on the app did not look like him We suspect he was an unauthorised driver We were scared , not only of his driving but that we would miss our flight Unable to do a comprehensive review on their app

In my opinion they are not interested in protecting the sensitive data of their users

Three years ago I started receiving emails (payment confirmations including sensitive data and offers) from Didi Argentina, but I’ve never personally subscribed to the app since I live in Italy where this service is not available. I’ve tried contacting the support numerous times (via email and social media) but they have never helped. They only advised me to block the emails: this won’t resolve the problem because both mine and this person using my mail sensitive data is not preserved in any way by the platform. I’ve just contacted google to see if they can help me but I doubt it. I was not surprised to see all of the extremely negative reviews and comments everywhere seeing how they treated me and how little they care of preserving sensitive data of their users. I hope that they will resolve this issue without me having to proceed by legal means.

...don't get duped!

Received "Didi Pays email", however no sign of it on the app when I tried to book. After several attempts had to give up, as was at the airport and it was raining at the time. Airport-home fare was a taxi express, although over-priced at $39 however considered it with the alleged $10 discount. The apps' design makes it basically impossible to liaise with Didi at the last-minute, other than via pre-orchestrated channels designed entirely for them and not the consumer. Consequently felt cheated out of $10, but never again is my payback!

I will be using Uber from now on.
Really bad delivery experience and customer service. Several times I tried ordering groceries, where items are missing or the delivery person does not select the right items. At least uber has option to suggest other items, Didi does not.
I did not receive some items, tried getting a refund through customer service and was sent through an endless loop, where they just choose to close the chat or send you to someone else. This has happened on two separate occasions. Really poor experience and not worth the cheaper price tag

Dont let didi driver Harrass and Scam you

Please pass around.
To all taking or booking DIDI. Beware of this Dirty, smelly 2016 Lexus Black sedan with Vic Rego: 1vn5xs. This Panadol driver is very rude, dishonest. charge $150 on top of the regular fare of $37.62. Don't book or use DIDI at late night or early morning. Make sure you have a companion or someone with you. Please share around. Don't be a victim. Please report any suspicious activities to the police immediately. For the sake of $3 or $4 cheaper, use UBER or a regular Taxi.
