This is my second time writing a review about DHgate and once again they do not deserve a single star because they’re scammers. From all the experiences I have had online so far DHgate is the worst one. Everyone on DHgate is a big fat liar and a scammer, that includes of course the sellers (be extra careful from this seller: tao2020888) and their customer service. Tao2020888 is a very cold, rude, scamming seller….. I sent my parcel back to him/her in hope of receiving a refund but of course s/he is lying about receiving the parcel which means that I won’t get my refund. Have you seen something that’s more bizarre than this? I return the parcel back to its seller and the seller never refunds me…..
I therefore contacted the customer service several times and each time I was promised something different. The customer service promised me to receive my money back and then today when I contacted the customer service again she told me that I won’t get a refund…. I asked her to contact the seller from her side and she lied saying that they don’t have contact with the sellers on DHgate which is the opposite of what I was told the other times I contacted customer service. DHgate is such a huge disappointment….. don’t come near DHgate if you don’t wanna lose your money. Try to spread the word with everyone you know. DHgate must reap what they sow……

Shipping scams and the resolution people are terrible. Had to file a police report and charge back on credit card

Appalling company that fails to protect its customers, who when receive incomplete delivery, believes the supplier and requests weight evidence from me to prove my point. eBay puts the interests of buyers foremost, DH Gate, the opposite. I will never use again

Worst experience ever. Never received order and would not reply to my trying to contact them.

Thank goodness DH Gate has arbitration. Before purchasing I checked the return policy. I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding and it fit poorly. The return process is a nightmare and the seller was extremely unreasonable. If all else fails, DH Gate will arbitrate. I am waiting another week for the seller to acknowledge receipt of the product back. Either way DH Gate has held the money and it will be refunded to me. Sorry DH Gate, after one bad seller I won't purchase from your site again.

I contacted their customer service department about my order number 3430809342 and they were extremely helpful and really nice. They more than resolved my issue going above and beyond what I would think a normal customer service agent's job entails.

It's a scam - did not receive any product, neither a refund, even though I opened a claim. Very shady to order anything from there.

Went to DH Gate on January 2022 to look for high quality designer replica bags. Was extreeeemly hesitant, ordered one "fendi" bag for around 75.00. Came rather qwikly, I was surprised at quality & have ordered 3 others since.
YSL, Chanel, & Rive Gauche.
Some had shipping charges, but if u keep looking , some "shops" have free shipping.
You have to be patient as this is coming directly from China, longest I've waited was 6 wks, shortest 2 weeks.
Didn't order clothing or anything else yet, testing waters with bags first!
Highly recommend, not a scam.

This company is selling Botulin products, charging a HUGE shipping fee, then not following the product guidelines. Botulin products MUST be kept AND SHIPPED at temperatures between 2-8 degrees Celsius or frozen at below -5 degrees Celsius. The Botulin product I paid over $100 for was shipped in a regular bubble wrap envelope. It is unbelievable that this company is getting away with stealing money from people !!! Every time I contact them, they either do not respond or play the "its not our fault" game.

Wish I could give a negative review. Still doesn’t show my order even though they charged my card. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and leaving reviews on all social media sites so hopefully it will prevent some from getting scammed by them.

This site, other than being a scam site according to many buyers, also has some kind of virus-type software that can temporarily lock up your PC. Then a person can waste 5 or 10 minutes getting them out of one's computer. Out of desperation, I had to turn off my PC and do a complete restart. That was scary!

This is another update to my update. I wrote a scathing review on dhgate because it was well deserved. Right after that review the 2 missing items miraculously arrived on the same day. Even though they were ordered one month apart and from different sellers. Nonetheless I was relieved. One of the items (LV bumbag) was better than expected. Great quality. Very satisfied. The other (LV backpack) was absolutely horrible. Junk. Tacky. Nothing close to what was shown in sellers store. The reviews of the backpack I'm convinced are fake. I paid less for the bumbag and yet it was much better in quality. Bottom line? You're taking a risk. Like me you may or may not get what you ordered. The bumbag had a China return address and the backpack from Hawthorne, California. Hmmm?? Please do your due diligence with the sellers. Don't rely on the number of sales, feedbacks or photos. They can be fake. If there are youtube reviewers who can recommend a seller I'd go that route. I personally will not be ordering from dhgate again. I got lucky with one item but don't want to push my luck. I've already wasted enough $$$.

Bought some watch cases, just Got them, but they look and feel very, very, very cheap, and they are Called Luxury quality.

Please be warned not to buy anything from DHgate or their sellers. Complete scam. I ordered two different bags when they arrived they were identical cheap bags. Not the real leather hand painted two different beautiful bags I thought I was buying. I received no email confirmation of my order. No communication from either DHgate or the seller. When I went into my DHgate orders there was no record of any orders I placed so I couldn't contact the seller. No paper receipt in with the package. When I tried their chat line for help no matter what I wrote the reply was the same, Need your order no. There was no order no as according to DHgate I hadn't placed any orders. Be warned I lost over a £100 pound. I hope this review prevents you from being ripped off.

I ordered a bag from a very good rated seller (99% positive). I received the expensive bag in the wrong color and it was not real leather as described. Very cheap made. I opend a case with service and when I chose to retunr the item they threatened they would loose the item. Still I wanted to return and told them so. They tried again talking me out of it on a Sunday. I did not check my emails and when I did not read their mail the send another mail "as I did not reply (within 1 day!!!) to their email they assume i changed my mind and will keep the bag. Total ripp off! I spent 100€ for a cheaply made bag in the color I didn´t want. Since this happened twice I assume they send all cheap crap to Europe and the US assuming people will not go through the hassle of returning it. And if they try they won´t let you. I paid a lot of money for this horrid experience and can just warn everybody else.

Nancy deserves to be fired she did a bad job.
I had every reason to get a full refund but nothing. even when I sent the evidence in a video you replied that you had not received anything (but strangely all my previous and subsequent answers you have received ... really ridiculous).

Company of scammers absolutely to be avoided

(now they will reply that my case will be analyzed carefully and then help me with the resolution but none of this will happen because they are just scammers)
