I bought a product 6 days ago. It’s still being “processed” and it looks like “the store not exist” but ofc they already took my money. I’m never buying from this place again, and I wouldn’t advise you too.

Scam Confirmed!
I ordered a 8bitdo N30 Bluetooth controller
And i received the wrong order. The one that I received does NOT have bluetooth. It's the 2,4G versión and i didnt ask for that. The listing said Bluetooth and the image was correct without 2.4 showing. But they send me wrong item.

So i talked to the seller of the item and he offered me a 5 dollar refund. I told him that I didn't agree to that since he send me wrong item.
He tried offer me 10dollar so i told him I would agree to 16 dollar and proof that he had the controller. I wanted the 8bitdo N30 NS Bluetooth edition.
The seller send me at this point a photoshopped image taken from the website of 8bitdo.
Told me that was the picture taken in the warehouse.
While it was the promotional picture from the 8bitdo website.
I would have escalated this issue sooner to Dhgate but the website makes you wait before you can escalate a claim.
All this time I had to upload my evidence. That i received the wrong controller. That i have proof of what I ordered I made a screenshot of what the seller was selling. And now to escalate I also made a screenshot of this photoshopped picture while the only thing that the seller provided was a tracking code as evidence.

I explained again to DHgate that i would agree to 16 dollar and proof that the seller has the controller I want that. Or else I would want a full refund. I even told them that if the seller had the controller I would buy that controller but i dont want to pay for a controller that i didnt order.
After emailing back and forward they refunded me 16 dollar and ended all communication.

I explained to them that I should not be paying for seller mistake that i payed 42euro for a controller they sell on aliexpress for 24euro including shipping.
Because the seller could not provide a controller and photoshopped a picture. I can only conclude that they deliberately sell you items that they don't have. Or send you the wrong one.

If the seller makes a mistake you should not pay for the mistake it is the seller at fault if the seller sends you fraudulent picture it is no longer a mistake but a SCAM.

I would recommend everybody to Never buy from a website that does not provide paypal as a payment option. Instead of going to DHgate just go to aliexpress. It is much cheaper and they are a trusted seller unlike dhgate.

Ordered a few items via this platform, first couple went ok but there were issues with sizing. The last experience was a nightmare. Ordered two rugby jerseys, after three months a cheap lingerie item arrived that I had to pay VAT on to release thinking it was my jerseys. Seller New2022sale promised to resend the jerseys but now another two months later still have not arrived. DHGate customer resolution centre were useless, wanting evidence despite all the evidence available on their platform. I have now given up hope of receiving my jerseys and would advise not to use.

Still can’t access my account and no email address given to rectify. I can’t use the chat function as directed because I can’t log in! Please provide an email contact to sort this out!! Account closed for security reasons?? I have outstanding orders I am unable to track!! Absolute rubbish avoid

I ordered a total of 4 items. None were given a correct tracking number. 3 had to be resent after complaint. But none arrived. Although refund given for all, they were never sent in first place. Lack of interest from website and deceit from actual independent sellers.

Booked and paid for a collection, paid extra for next day. 3 days later the parcel has not been picked up.
Tracking show no information and you cannot speak to a human person. Emailed them and they say it could take 3-4 days to reply.
Worse experience with a courier company ever. Will never use again and will tell as many people as possible not to use them.

DO NOT USE. Ordered two pair of shoes in November 2022. I finally received ONE pair in February 2023. Before they took my money, I communicated with them many times. Asked for refund or just the other pair of shoes. They say "please be patient" Customer Service is a joke! This company and specific seller is a FRAUD.

Ordered a dress, it took ages to arrive and looks nothing at all like the pictures, the zip gets stuck and there's no way I would wear it. I asked to return it for refund. Was told to wait for return address. I've waited 11 days and have chased it up to no avail.
They asked for a review which I did - just a star rating no words. Ticked anonymous but it still gave my details to them. They then asked me to remove the review because "it makes them sad"!! I've lost my patience and just want my money back, they can have the dress if they'll tell me where to send it.
Doesn't seem to be any way of contacting DHgate themselves to complain as the chat goes straight to the supplier. So am hoping this might get a result.

I spent close to 500 dollars with these guys and I didn't get 1 successfully delivery they supposedly delivered my merchandise to the mail boxes of my apt complex witch anyone who walks by can pick it up..needless to say that I didn't receive any of the things I paid for dhl took a picture of a box in front of my mail boxes wich to them is proof of delivery and they closed the case so I am assed out of my 500 dollars and this is my dh gates experience so save your money don't do it! P.s. so because of this I contacted the consumer trades commission and I plan to review them any place that will hear it they ripped off the wrong consumer when they took my money and was careless with the delivery of my merchandise..

Terrible company. Took my money and did not receive my items. Claimed they resoved the issue in my favour by issuing a refund for the value of £0.00

Ordered shoes which never arrived. When I tried to get in touch with customer service I was told it’s been delivered and haven’t heard from them ever since! Never using them again.

yet another bad experience and yet another waste of money. they sell copies of famous brands. they show 5 star reviews but end up sending you crap products. I open the dispute and ask for mediation. they always help dishonest sellers and not those who buy from their site. stay away from these legalized thieves

I have been sent items smaller than described even though I specifically asked for the measurements.
I provided evidence of this to Dh gate but still sided with the seller giving me a small portion refund.
Do not trust them as the majority knowingly lie about the sizing then they make it almost impossible to get your money back.

BEWARE FRAUD, this company does not have FDA approval to market any product. The company refuses to give a refund for their fraudulent product. The seller will delay with excuses for months. The seller pushes for you to give a good review immediately after the purchase. The product overheated and did not work as advertised.
