This place has no costumer service, I cant find any way to contact them, and the experience with the sellers is horrible. I bought a bag and after no change in the order or update, I contacted the seller asking to change the order to a different bag that has EXACTLY THE SAME PRICE. Despite he didn’t send me the order, he refused to refund me and is asking me to add more money, first he said €19 and then he said €15 and asked me to buy another bag to add the difference, which doesn’t make sense because both cost the same. He refused my refund request and I have no way to contact the company. He is even refusing to send me the original bag.
This site is full of scammers.

This seems to be the only way to get a response from the company. I quote the response of the seller: “ok, you have money, you pay a little more and I’ll send you back”. This is illegal and DHgate is defending this behaviour. He is literally saying he won’t send me anything and will keep my money.
This is unacceptable in so many levels

Don't even deserve 1 star, acting as berghaus uk on Facebook I placed a decent order then waited months , after complaining several times they sent me a pair of nasty fake Oakley sunglasses which I sent back requesting a full refund , through many threats I eventually got a refund 5 months later, definitely not to be trusted, laughable con artists.

Worst internet shopping experience I ever had in my life. Was told plane departed and in transit . Been on plane for 34 days. You can go to the moon 34 times in 34 days. So I guess my package is lost in another galaxy by now. The martians can use the sneaker skates I ordered for my granddaughter. Complementary dh gates and their sellers. My order number was 3327917015. I know it's in transit in space and might land and get delivered some how. Thanks Dh gates you were a lot of help. For the martians.

I used this company and found it great , the item was fantastic quality, even with COVID delivery time was good, I have already picked my next order

Previous experience decent to be fair.

I appreciate there are different sellers however I ordered and paid for a few shirts around 4 weeks ago and items state still being processed.
Seller hasn't even read my messages yet so starting to have doubts about my purchase due to lack of activity.

Stay away from this site unless you want to be robbed. I received a faulty item which I waited 60 days for and I can’t get a refund. The customer service is horrendous. They will not help you get a refund. Their disputes function and process does not work either.

They deserve zero stars. I ordered a Hearts FC shirt last year and it still hasn't arrived. The seller says look at a link for tracking that doesn't work, and rarely do I get a response. DH Gates customer service is non existent and appalling. You try contacting them! They trade from China. They should be closed down!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! I had placed a order as a guest on 1-11-21 they took my money but still have not sent me a tracking number or email letting me know about my order I am going to the social media website where I found them and I am going to spill the beans on this scandal company I work hard for my money who do they think they are to take someone’s money like a fool

I have a love hate thing going on with DH Gate. I like their policy that they hold the funds until your goods are received. During covid I placed 7 orders from 7 various sellers. All came delivered from China within 4-6 weeks.
The 8 th order placed on 11/21/20 came from a seller with a 92.5 rating for Uggs. Today is 1/29/2021
He was in contact, I said if your shipment is stuck in customs don't lie, when I asked for tracking I got his entire manifest. Lomg story short, I reached out chase and explained it and reversed it. Because if him his fault or customs it let me with a really bad taste so to speak

Deceptive information on Glee-gate's site shows they have a UK address, and the returns information does not clarify that in fact returns need to be sent to China - using a tracked service. I wouldn't have ordered had I known and the boots were of average quality and didn't look like they were shown on the photos.

I hate that I have to give one star, because they deserve no stars! Ordered a guitar 7 months ago and still have not received it!! Cannot open a dispute after 90 days! But due to global pandemic they want me to wait seven months for a package and I can’t even dispute? Every time I message the seller he tells me to wait patiently? I want a full refund!!

I brought a pair of boots size 6 EUR 39
They sent me a pair size EUR 40 and tried to tell me thats a size six and I’m wrong 😂😂
If they were a size 6 they’d fit - right?
They are too big, a size too big!!! Dur because they are a size 7..

Wouldn’t even give this company a 1 star but I can’t go any lower as it won’t let me!! Basically a jacket that stinks of urine and looks nothing like the pic, to return would cost me £22.60, I paid £40 haha, shocking service too for not offering anything, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE

I havent heard anything from this company i ordered 2 pairs of shoes and its like i didnt order anything the only proof i have is from my bank they keep saying send my order number but they deleted my entire account its nothing on there then i emailed them and still no response i need my money back NOW!!!!!

Do not buy from this company, rubbish quality and the shipping return cost is the same as what you will pay for the product as you need to return it to China!

I bought a pair of crocodile pattern boots £38 and in the picture they looked lovely but in reality they where a pair of cheap plastic dodgy shaped shoes that would pay £5 for down a market , I complained and was told to send them back to china with a cost of £18 and then they would refund me , so basically ill be getting £20 of my money back , i cant believe that they can get away with this , so please dont buy anything from them i wished i checked out these reviews first but its too late for me now

can’t believe I also fell for this website. It came up on social media called giftsbybrea whose website is ‘currently unavailable’ (surprise, surprise’). It stated it was a uk website and also had a padlock on the site which I thought was a legit site. I ordered a large floor bean bag 6wks ago. I’ve tried emailing the website and the other in the email but it has bounced back as undeliverable! This is disgusting that unscrupulous companies are allowed to advertise on social media
