What went wrong? I ordered clotted cream to be delivered Christmas week. It was not. I was told it would be delivered the following week. Now I have been told by Royal Mail that the item will be delivered to my address not the recipients I don;t know why. Obviously Royal Mail have been told where to deliver. I await with baited breath to find out where and if the cream will be delivered somewhere.

It was a gift for family members… there was a great range of products included, it arrived on time and as described and they said they really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend to anyone else as a great gift idea or even as a little treat for yourself if you like!

Good range of products at different price points to cater for most budgets. Delivery was next day and well recevied.
The pasties were packed full with a tasty spice and the perfect balance of pastry to filling.
The scones were light and fluffy with a slight crumble - just as they should be.
The tea is ok - not quite as strong as I like, but to be fair, that could be down to how it was made rather than the tea itself!
Highly recommend and will use again!

Wow what a service great product delivered in record time amazing

bit dissapointed. everything looked fine but when trying to pick up a scone they just disintegrated. so we had to resort to putting the bits in dishes , pouring the cream and jam over them . tasted delicious.

Ordered in good time for my wife’s birthday, shipped on time but delayed by courier by some many days, it missed the birthday. Company said it had no control over the courier!

I have used this sight more than once and been perfect i even made a mistake and ordered the wrong one sent email they changed with no problem they really are a wonderful gift and on time will use again and highly recommend

Excellent quality and great service

This is the second time I’ve sent my step dad a Devon Cream Teas hamper for his birthday I sent one last year and him and my Mum loved it so I sent one again this year everything is so fresh and they are real quality products
