Ordered some levers that and the box unfortunately arrive pretty banged up, as they weren’t well packaged in shipment, and I felt they were possibly used. After raising my concern I swiftly got a call... See more

New MV Purchase
Just bought an ex-demo from here and I've got to say my salesman Luca was a star. He made my experience of owning an MV special. All my questions and emails were answered promptly and he went over and above in ensuring the bike looked it's absolute best when I went to pick her up.
It was also nice to get a follow up call after I got the bike to make sure everything was still OK 👍

I’m still waiting on my money back on an item that you couldn’t deliver.
Steer clear
Again. If zero was available that would be my score. Since opening they were slowly losing their best staff and things started to fall apart. I purchased a new 400X and had nothing but trouble. I could live with a firm who genuinely wanted to help but these guys couldn’t care less. Even enjoying dishing out stress. The owners are about as bad an outfit I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Steer clear at all costs.

Hey I just purchased my bike from destination motorcycles..I spoke with Luca(Ktm side) and he was very easy to deal with..he kept me up to date with paperwork and when the bike would be ready which all went very smoothly so I had a very easy pleasant experience with them.i haven’t actually been to the store as i live 400 miles away and so I arranged to get the bike collected which was delivered the next day after collection.very pleased all round and wish them well with ongoing sales.cheers rich.

Great price but sadly 10 days to dispatch and link problems from confirmation email when checking my order had me thinking I had ordered of a scam site.
Parts are now here so thankfully it wasn't

I’ve been trying to source a part for my street triple for over a week now and all you get is either sales relaying a message to parts:/service or they don’t get back to you . Obviously they don’t want custom at this branch
My last attempt yesterday at 2.25pm they picked up the phone then hang up deliberately
How rude, would not recommend destination Triumph Washington
So glad I never brought my bike from here
Just awful
Bought a bike through the Washington branch…really wish I hadn’t. Very helpful initially and brought a bike down from their Dorset branch for me to purchase after I saw it online…..when I went to collect the bike I was sat for a very long time waiting….there was an issue with taxing the bike/locating the logbook which turned out to be a good thing for me (so I was told) as I wouldn’t have to pay for the tax as they had to do it in person at the Dorset branch…..turned out to definitely not be a good thing….sat for even longer then eventually told all was good and I could go on my way….i asked for proof that bike was taxed and I was told it would be sent to me shortly via email….not comfortable riding without proof of tax I rode straight home and put the bike in the garage and that is where it has stayed since picking it up…..the proof of tax never came and neither did proof of the 24 month warranty which I was told came with it despite me chasing both several times….i also later spotted that the registration and mileage were incorrect on the purchase invoice…..anyway a week down the line and the bike still showed as untaxed and after I made a complaint and queried all of this I was told that I can reject/return the bike and they would collect it but I would not be refunded until I received the V5 and then returned it to them….lots of back and forth emails later and the saga still goes on nearly 2 weeks later the bike is still showing as untaxed, no v5 has materialised nor has one been issued according to gov website and the bike has still not been collected by the dealer! After this experience I would definitely not recommend this company!
Appalling customer service at destination Triumph Washington Sussex
I took a 2021model triumph speed twin for a test ride on return I noticed a o/s fork seal leaking. Told it would be rectified when I got it back after a week it started leaking again. They said it was not covered on the warranty fair enough I looked it up and it wasn’t. Then tried to tell me it was the near side that was leaking when a friend witnessed it was the o/s. In one conversation I was told they had fixed both seals and in another they had only fixed one side and the seal is still leaking. After such a short time of ownership of the bike and only 1200+ miles on the bike I would have thought they would have honoured and fixed the problem 😡 So not happy. If I could give no stars I would !!!

Destination Triumph Solent
Destination Triumph Solent? I would not recommend this bunch to even my worst enemy. Purchased a second hand bike off them. First mistake. Nothing but grief since. First the bike wasn't ready when they said it would be. For some unexplainable reason they don't carry out the PDI so that it can come with the 1year Triumph approved warranty until you've paid the deposit. Also they completely messed up getting the V5 sorted, resulting in the bike no longer being taxed. Meaning I now have to apply for another V5. Total incompetence seems to be the only thing they're good at.
Friendly staff
Friendly staff, happy to see you. The purchase was only for a small sum, but still felt valued as a customer
Destination anywhere other than triumph Dorset.
If you are considering purchasing a bike from Destination triumph Dorset, I would strongly recommend that you go elsewhere.
After making an inquiry about one of their bikes, i was told that they would send me a personalised video of the bike.
This did not happen, so after another phone call they apologised and said that they would send the video straight away.
Several hours later they sent me a very poor quality video of the bike and stated that they would phone me within half an hour of sending the video to discuss the bike.
This did not happen.
After yet another phone call I managed to speak to one of the sales team who appeared to have little to no knowledge of the bike.
Against my better judgement I agreed to leave a deposit on the bike and requested another video of the bike in the daylight.
This did not happen.
After another phone call and several emails, i started to think that maybe something was wrong.
I was right, two days later they phoned me to say that there had been a admin error and that they had already taken a deposit on the bike 🤬.
I very much hope that this is a one off, but I’m betting it’s not sadly.
I wouldn’t buy a cup of coffee from them.
Extremely disappointed
Yesterday, I decided to visit DT in Christchurch for the first time as the dealership had been mentioned by friends in conversation. I rode my aging 2003 955i Sprint RS and wore full biking gear. I have owned the bike for over 15 years and have for some time been considering a change. My Sprint RS has proved to be a phenomenally well put together bike which I reluctantly bought all those years ago from a mate who was in financial difficulties. Having been a Honda/Yamaha fan for many years, I was not keen on owning a Triumph as I (wrongly) considered them inferior, but the fact that I have enjoyed the bike for so long, is testament to the brand and I now consider myself to be a loyal fan and convert.
Being a Monday, the customer levels were appreciably low, but the numerous staff members all seemed occupied with their various tasks. One staff member early on wished me good morning, but didn’t attempt to engage with me further.
I strolled around the showroom and forecourt for at least 25 minutes. For some considerable part of that time I was poring over a 1200 Speed Triple RR which would really be my choice replacement for the RS. What an exquisite machine. I was itching to sit on it and take it for a ride, but as I was only assuming it was a demonstrator, it didn’t feel free to throw my leg over something without an invite!
Anyway, to summarise, I was incredibly disappointed with my visit. Apart from the single member of staff wishing me good morning, I was completely ignored by all staff at DT and additionally, the KTM showroom staff next door.
I consider myself to be a young, fit 63 year old. I am retired and have money and time to spare. If DT, (and KTM next door) can afford to totally ignore an obvious dressed biker and Triumph owner on a quiet Monday morning, then what hope is there?
I just feel sorry for the marvellous Triumph brand who are relying on sales staff such as these for their existence. Granted, no-one wants an over-zealous salesperson hanging on their every word, but 25 minutes of wandering around, just to be allowed to ride off without any approach whatsoever, in my view is extremely poor…
Useless.
I can't understand how Destination makes any money. Couple of years back I visited Washington branch to enquire about a PX, absolutely no follow up. Two days ago I contacted Solent branch with a view to buy a brand new bike. Still waiting, no follow-up. I wouldn't buy from them if they were the last Triumph dealer on the planet.
No response
I needed to return a T-shirt I ordered as it was the wrong size 4 emails later no response so if you do order make it’s correct.
Good communication from the seller but…
Good communication from the seller but using a poor courier, item still hasn't arrived despite being at the depot early am last Thursday!
