I ordered wallpaper from Designers Guild: Easy order process, fast delivery, professional communication from order to delivery. I can only recommend this company.

Good service and response to delivery date slight delay

The wallpaper I ordered for a client was not sent out by the supplier. This was not noticed or flagged by Designer Wallpapers. I had to chase the order more than two weeks later when I found out it wasn't on site. Then they didn't have enough in stock to fulfil the order so we had to wait again. Then they sent one roll while we waited for the other one which was out of stock. The first roll went to site, but the second was then sent to our billing address instead, which had never been listed anywhere as a delivery address. We had to arrange for someone to travel nearly an hour to collect the roll and bring it to site. I communicated all of this with the team and the response was that their eyesight isn't what it used to be and, in order to get anything back for all of these inconveniences, we would've needed to send over a a receipt for the postage of the item to site. Well we didn't post it, but that doesn't mean we weren't out of pocket. Then, to top it all off, the wallpaper has a very very thin white border, so now that it's been fitted you can see lines between the panels (the background of the wallpaper is dark blue, so it's very obvious). It's a real shame that we've had all these issues. While the team did work quickly to get us the shipments when they realised they hadn't been sent, I'm still not satisfied at all with how this order went.

Excellent communication. There was a very slight delay with delivery. The company phoned me immediately to notify me and check if this was okay. That is what I call customer focused service. 100% recommended.

From ordering to delivery everything was dealt with very professionaly and I was kept informed of each stage including a telephone call to inform that the paper I had ordered would be coming from Italy and when to expect delivery. I was then able to adjust my plans.

I ordered wild orchids mural x2 it covers end wall of my kitchen diner perfectly. It was ordered on line between Christmas and New Year didn’t expect anyone to be working then but when I called office number a guy answered said he wasn’t supposed to be working but was getting my order ready to send out on the Monday. It arrived next day! Many thanks to that man and a very Happy New Year
