There was a small delay with my wallpaper but I was contacted by the company and asked if I still wanted it or a refund. I didn't have to wait long and am grateful they were honest and open with me. Excellent service.

Very happy with my experience of both my purchases from Designer Wallpapers, the latest of which was delivered today.
Both lots were sent out for delivery immediately and that was the same experience when I originally ordered the samples. I found Designer Wallpapers to be far more responsive than other wallpaper companies online. On my latest delivery they were actually let down by Fed X who had the wallpaper but did not deliver it on the day they quoted (Friday) and therefore it was delivered after the weekend, otherwise it would have been next day delivery.
Best of all they have a telephone number and a human (Paul) who cares at the other end. I would recommend and would definitely purchase from Designer Wallpapers again.

Delivery was promised soon but takes ages…
When I ordered I was told the delivery would take only a couple of days. I made my arrangements. After a week or so I got the information the wallpaper would be out of stock, it would take another 3-4 weeks for delivery. I am still waiting for it.

Stock levels are fake and CS says they help but don't.
I ordered a few rolls of wallpaper over the summer after booking in a decorator for ten days hence. Designer Wallpaper claims to have next day delivery so this should have been fine. Several days came and went with no communication. When I called, they said the wallpaper was out of stock and should come in the following week. I waited until the following week and nothing. When I called again, they checked with the supplier and apparently this one specific wallpaper was forgotten. Okay then. They suggested that I wait almost a month, which wasn't suitable. I asked to change to a different colour of the same design which was showing as in stock. They said yes and it would be with me the next day. Guess what! It wasn't! They called me up to say it would also be delayed. At this point I asked to cancel the order and have my money back, which they agreed to. I went to b&q and got a different (and cheaper!) version in person as by now they had messed me around so much that I could no longer order from somewh else online.
My work began a few days later. In the middle of the day, the wallpaper that I had cancelled arrived. I emailed to complain and the man who replied said there was no record of me cancelling. To be clear, there is ONE man working at customer service and it was the same man who cancelled it that sent that email. So that's incredibly disappointing. It was very annoying to have to send it off to return, I don't have a car and I had to carry it to the post office on the bus along with my baby in her pram. Which is why I wanted to order online in the first place, to avoid that.
I don't know what is going on at Designer Wallpaper but I won't ever be using it again and I highly recommend you don't either.

I've reviewed what happened: supplier delays affected your order, and when you requested a cancellation, it wasn't processed correctly in our system, resulting in the wallpaper being delivered when you no longer needed it. We should have arranged a collection rather than asking you to handle the return yourself, especially given you were managing this alongside caring for your baby.
We processed your full refund including the £9.39 return postage. Since then, we've strengthened our cancellation procedures and order management systems.
I'm sorry we couldn't deliver the service you deserved.
