Do yourself a favour and give it a try!

Whilst I initially felt worried about not being consulted in person about my skin concerns, the steps from my initial photos to 3 months of treatment has been seamless! The product recommended has been the most effective out of everything I've ever tried and I can enjoy a new-found skin confidence (after battling issues for 15 years).
Any concerns I have, the team is always just an email away. A very happy customer!

Excellent personalised skincare and great service

Dermatica have been excellent from start to finish. The whole process is straightforward and professional, and their team have been really helpful whenever I’ve had questions.

The products themselves are high quality and clearly tailored to what your skin actually needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Since starting with Dermatica I’ve noticed a real improvement in my skin, and the guidance they provide makes it easy to stay consistent with the routine.

If you’re looking for personalised skincare that actually works, I’d highly recommend Dermatica. Great service and excellent products.

Charged twice with no accountability

I have been using Dermatica for almost 2 months now and i haven’t noticed a difference.

I’m also quite disappointed with the customer service I have received. A month before my second order was due, I contacted them because I was going away and asked if I could purchase it early instead of it being sent out automatically a month later. I was told this would be fine, so I placed the order in advance.

However, despite this, the second order was still dispatched a month later. This means I have now been charged for an additional order that I neither need nor will be using.

When I emailed customer service about this issue, I was informed that I cannot return the item or receive a refund and that I should simply dispose of it.
I find this response extremely disappointing, especially given that I took proactive steps to avoid exactly this situation

Finally a product that is working for my rosacea

I have suffered with painful, pustular rosacea on my cheeks and nose for four years, I’ve paid a ridiculous amount of money for skincare and treatments during that time to help get it under control and nothing has worked as well as Dermatica - I am only three weeks in and every morning I wake up with such surprise and delight to see marked improvement in my skin, it took a little getting used to as it’s a powerful formula, but I put my trust the process and am excited to see how well my skin looks in another month or two. I am so pleased I took the plunge with this product. The information provided has been so helpful and informative, I actually feel (for once!) that I understand what is happening to my skin and how to improve it. 100% recommend.

I like dermatica because I saw amazing…

I like dermatica because I saw amazing results after the first month. Unfortunately, I finished my second and they were not consistent. My skin varies, sometimes it's okay, sometimes not. I will continue using it.

Money grabbers

Products have a shelf life of 3-4 months but Dermatica will charge you and send you new product every 30 days and create admin for you to amend the shipment dates each time. It is a money grabbing and opportunistic business model. I am annoyed to be cancelling my subscription but I have had enough of paying for product I cannot use, and they are unwilling to refund me. I have been a customer for over 2 years but will now find another provider. It is a real shame.

Our treatments have expiry dates on them which are based on stability testing. We do not recommend using your treatment beyond this date, as we cannot guarantee the safety or effectiveness of your treatment, and amending the frequency of orders in this way may mean that you receive orders that will not last the length of your subscription.

We would still like to offer the flexibility of amending your next due date, as we understand that sometimes you may wish to increase the gap between your treatments. Although we cannot amend your frequency, due to varying expiry dates, you can use your personal Dermatica account online to change your next dispatch date each month. 

We have shared your insights with our team as we are constantly working to improve our services from everything from our formulations to our customer care and your insights help us to improve our service for everyone.

I truly believe these products made my…

I truly believe these products made my skin worse. I was always told I look around 10 years younger I’m 38. Their products are way too harsh and disruptive to the skin barrier. I’ve never been so embarrassed on pictures. I’ve never seen a picture so bad that I have to delete it off the internet. My skin on my forehead is saggy now. It looks awful and I wish I hadn’t have tried it. I’m trying to get my skin back to how it was. The pigmentation from pregnancy has not gone after months of using their products which burn your skin and cause inflammation.

Please know that it's normal to experience some side effects while your skin is adjusting to new active ingredients, but there are steps you can take to help ease them:

Start using your formula every other night until your skin adjusts to it. It’s normal for this to take a few weeks, so take your time and be patient with your skin. You can also try using a gentle moisturiser as a buffer between your skin and your formula. Apply it after cleansing, wait 3-5 minutes for it to absorb, then follow up with your treatment.
