Money grabbers

Products have a shelf life of 3-4 months but Dermatica will charge you and send you new product every 30 days and create admin for you to amend the shipment dates each time. It is a money grabbing and opportunistic business model. I am annoyed to be cancelling my subscription but I have had enough of paying for product I cannot use, and they are unwilling to refund me. I have been a customer for over 2 years but will now find another provider. It is a real shame.

Our treatments have expiry dates on them which are based on stability testing. We do not recommend using your treatment beyond this date, as we cannot guarantee the safety or effectiveness of your treatment, and amending the frequency of orders in this way may mean that you receive orders that will not last the length of your subscription.

We would still like to offer the flexibility of amending your next due date, as we understand that sometimes you may wish to increase the gap between your treatments. Although we cannot amend your frequency, due to varying expiry dates, you can use your personal Dermatica account online to change your next dispatch date each month. 

We have shared your insights with our team as we are constantly working to improve our services from everything from our formulations to our customer care and your insights help us to improve our service for everyone.

I truly believe these products made my…

I truly believe these products made my skin worse. I was always told I look around 10 years younger I’m 38. Their products are way too harsh and disruptive to the skin barrier. I’ve never been so embarrassed on pictures. I’ve never seen a picture so bad that I have to delete it off the internet. My skin on my forehead is saggy now. It looks awful and I wish I hadn’t have tried it. I’m trying to get my skin back to how it was. The pigmentation from pregnancy has not gone after months of using their products which burn your skin and cause inflammation.

Please know that it's normal to experience some side effects while your skin is adjusting to new active ingredients, but there are steps you can take to help ease them:

Start using your formula every other night until your skin adjusts to it. It’s normal for this to take a few weeks, so take your time and be patient with your skin. You can also try using a gentle moisturiser as a buffer between your skin and your formula. Apply it after cleansing, wait 3-5 minutes for it to absorb, then follow up with your treatment.

Amazing product and service

I noticed a difference in my skin texture and appearance within the first week using the 20% Azelaic acid formulation. I placed an order for another 20% and 15% but only the 20% came. I heard back from customer service within the hour of contacting them via email. Dermatica Customer Care Team was amazing (Sarah,Tiffany and Helen) with making sure they sent the missing item. 10/10

Well worth it!

I’ve been using dermatica now for 4 months I feel I’ve seen fab improvement in my skin.
It’s such a great investment in your skin be committed it’s well worth it!

Simple access to the best skincare!

I love that Dermatica is such an easy way to access dermatologist & higher grade, prescription skincare. Having it arrive in the post & all adjustments can be just made with a few clicks & the team remind you to monitor your progress + any tweaks. Just a great system & a product that actually works wonders! I couldn't be without it for my melasma.

Treatment is easy

Treatment is easy. I personally never had the irritation or skin peeling they say can happen. Im on my 3rd month not seeing much result as of now but know it takes time. My subscription is very easy to manage no problems and they check periodically on your progress to see if any changes need to be made. The price is very reasonable and you get it every 2 months

I had a really great experience with…

I had a really great experience with Dermatica. After I explained that my skincare formula was accidentally misused by my sibling and finished earlier than expected, their team was super understanding and helpful. They replaced my formula free of charge, no hassle at all.

The customer service was kind, professional, and quick to respond you can tell they genuinely care about their customers, not just the subscription. The whole process was smooth and stress-free.

Really impressed with the team and the way they handled the situation. Highly recommend Dermatica

Amazing experience and great team

It’s always a great experience speaking with the Dermatica team. They provide personalised advice, and are very thorough and friendly. I have recently spoken with Hasib and Gina and I really feel as though they care, no matter how many times I ask a question.

Truly an awful company to deal with

Truly an awful company to deal with, with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. This will be my second time cancelling the subscription due to problems with my order, and despite contacting their customer service on 2 different platforms, I received absolutely no reply. Skin + Me are a much better company to deal with… I’m now £24.99 down, no product to show for it and no help from their customer service. It’s appalling really. I’d love to know how to make a formal complaint.
