Easy, quick and trustable
The process of taking an offer was really quick and straight forward. All the questions I had were answered via email or Facebook chat quickly.
The smartphone arrived just in the next work day and my new phone number was already enabled and ready to use.
I really appreciate companies when they have multiple communication channels and they promptly try to solve any issue the client may have.

Not the same company you may think you are contracting from
I got interested in a promotional partnership between my bank (N26) and Deinhandy in Germany, because my bank is able to attend all my needs as they do speak English, just to find later that Deinhandy outsources the service I had bought to a third party company named Handyvertrag. When I needed technical support and called them I was simply dismissed by their customer service as they insisted on speaking only German, that is a shame !
