The ordering service itself is excellent. When you place an order, the delivery is very fast, and the product usually arrives within one or two days. However, if there is any mistake in the order, the customer service appears to be completely disconnected from the ordering and logistics process.
I accidentally ordered my phone in the wrong color and realized the mistake immediately after placing the order. I contacted customer service right away by email and received an acknowledgment. I was clearly told that if the order had not yet been shipped, changing the color would not be an issue.
Despite this, I received an email the next day stating that the phone (in the wrong color) had been shipped. I immediately called customer service again and explained the situation. I was once more assured that this was not a problem, that the order had not actually been shipped, and that the color would be changed and the correct device would be sent.
Nevertheless, the following day the phone in the wrong color was delivered. Based on the guidance provided by customer service and also mentioned in the FAQs, I refused acceptance of the delivery, as I did not want that color.
After refusing the delivery, I then received an email stating that my phone had been received and that the order would be cancelled, which was not my intention at all. Throughout this entire process, I contacted customer support at every step and was repeatedly told that my request had been received and that I would receive the phone in the desired color.
In my opinion, there is a serious disconnect between customer support and the actual service/logistics team. Customer support consistently communicated one thing, while the service team acted differently. It has now been more than 10 days, and I still have no confirmation from the service team about whether I will receive the phone in the correct color.

grammer wordings issue/ confusing process/ Web ID does not work / emails are not answered.

I chose passport as a mean of identification, then their smart team send me Web ID (the most idiotic garbage peice of software in germany) and they are asking for front and back page!
Web ID is reporting that there is a mismatch between the data that they have.
now 3 orders are all failed to pass the Web ID. what the F* is happening.?????

I have ordered a phone with contract on May 13th. The provider is Sparhandy. Today, still I haven't received my phone yet. I sent them email for four times, 3 of them wasn't replied and one of them was replied as my email was delivered to concerned department. The customer service can't speak English and they give no information at all. You can't know what is the problem or you can't learn the status of the contract. Also Deutsche Telekom charged me for the services I haven't used for almost 1.5 months. Definitely not recommended.

They never contacted me about my number portability, I got an email on the 16 reminding me to do it and I just got out on the phone with an agent that confirm they cancel my contract on the 15th 😂 German customer attention as usual, not emphatic and like silly robots

Number of negative reviews are alarmingly high recently. I hope some managers see these and take some actions. I have to seek legal help and file the police report for fraud due to huge amount of money which mobilezone wants to get from my bank account. Caused me enormous amount of headache.
update: I am still receiving random emails, reminder to pay, status change of my order and so on. It seems this nightmare will never finish.

I had ordered a Phone with O2 Contract from Sparhandy and i returned it as i wanted to exchange it with some other phone. I had placed the order via check24 and cancelled the order from check24. I packed the phone and SIM in the box In which i got the delivery and placed the phone&SIM(Both were unused, althogh i had opened the phone Box but kept it back even before switching it ON as i didn't like it). I returned the package well sealed. After 2 weeks i got reply from Sparhandy saying that the package has received at their end but there is no Phone inside. I was surprised to see this message. I strongly suspect some mistake/malpractice happened in between. Any way i am still waiting for their updates on the investigation with DHL on the same. But totally disappointed. The return package was received at Sparhandy on 23.12.2024 but they opened it and send me an update on 07.01.2025 saying that they couldn't find the phone inside. What had happened in between? I dont know!! Still waiting to hear from them.
Update:
I got a mail from sparhandy saying that my order is cancelled as requested. Does that mean, the phone went missing was found and I will be getting the refund? Not sure.. But happy to see the response from sparhandy, this will help users to increase the trust. I am waiting for the further updates.

Been waiting over a week for them to confirm my contract with Vodafone. They were provided the correct documents from the very start time but still asked me to resend. After I did, I heard nothing from them and have since seen no change in status. The method they use to validate contracts is arcane and inexcusable. If I don't hear from them by Monday I will absolutely cancel my order. Such a poor business practice is inexcusable.

On 11.11.2024, i orderd Xiaomi 14T Pro 1TB from Sparhandy with sim card from o2 (100 GB, 300 Mbit). On 13.11.2024, my sister ordered the same offer and she received it after 3 days.
I waited until 22.11.2024 and received nothing. Throughout this time of waiting, i contacted Sparhandy many times and in every time they said lies. At first they said there was a problem and it was solved and the order is on the way. The next time said there was a problem and the order wasn't sent but will be sent soon. The third time, they said the phone is not available in the stock (Lager). The problem is that the O2 company had already sent me a bill (Rechnung) starting from 11.11. 2024 although i didn't receive anything. On 21.11.2024, Sparhandy said they will send the order as soon as they receive it from the importer without giving me an exact time. I was very much in need of the phone but at the end had to cancel the order as I did not feel credibility or reliability. It was a very bad experience.

I made a terrible mistake by ordering an iPhone 15 Pro Max from sparhandy. On their website, it says in stock and will be delivered soon but that is all lies. I am going on holiday and wanted the phone like in 3-4 days but they have ruined it for me.
I ordered the phone on 06.10.2024 with an O2 contract, the contract from the provider was approved the very next day, but the shipping status didn't even change, its just technical problems. The whatsapp bot is so irritating and if you call them they only speak german and don't even listen to them. And on emails, they don't even bother to reply, the customer service is zero.
So now I have decided that I just want my order to be cancelled, I have already sent an email for cancellation of my order, I don't want the phone nor do I want the contract. So sparhandy team when you see this review, Kindly cancel my order soon. I don't want this deal now. I just want some peace in my life. So kindly cancel it and save me from more mental stress.
