If you have ordered a 12000 BTU air conditioning unit, what you will receive instead is a cheap lightweight air cooler fan from China.

Need to raise a dispute with bank,as getting any refund will be near impossible.

I bought a fan for £94. The picture showed it to be freestanding taller than a living room Sofa. What arrived was something that was shorter than a 30 cm ruler and extremely light. It feels like a pound land toy. I decided to test it and number six should be 0.5 – no air whatsoever. I looked at the reviews before I bought this- the good reviews must be fake

I finally received my product and I ordered air conditioning units of 12000 btu and I received air cooling units weighing 3.7kg!! I raised this and no response and now I have raised it via PayPal!!! What a disaster

I ordered an external Hard Drive that turned out to be entirely fake!
Based upon the Trustpilot Ranking I felt safe in making my purchase, however the unbranded 128Tb drive was a scam product.

Scam website, no update on tracking or anything whatsoever, tonnes of marketing emails though.
meant to be quick delivery, however after 5 days no tracking or update.

Price of the products and free shipping was the deal breaker for me.

I ordered the Wall Art Veterans Eagle Wreath Boxwood Display - was supposed to be 3 demensional and shows people holding and displaying a beautiful 3-D wreath which is NOT what they send you. I received a flat picture of the wreath on wood. Have seen the same "sign/picture" sold elswhere for $5!!! I paid them $48.69 because I thought it would be an actual wreath. Very disappointed in product.

I purchased what was advertised as a 'Portable Air Conditioner Quiet Compact Bladeless Cooling' for $200. What I received was fan... A very poorly made fan. One that was probably worth about $10. I asked for a refund and they said all they could do was offer me an exchange (after me paying another shipping fee). My complaint is that the product description was for an AIR CONDITIONER, which is very different to a FAN. Buyer beware. I would not purchase anything from this company again.

To anyone who has been a victim of this company, I strongly recommend reporting them to the National Cyber Security Centre. This could ensure that their website is taken down and prevent others from becoming victims.
Don’t wait and contact your bank immediately to report the issue. If you act now there’s a chance that you will recover your money and protect your account from any further payments that they can try to take from your account.

SCAM! I ordered a 12000BTU airconditioning unit like many others that have reported here on TrustPilot.

I've just received my order and surprise surprise, it's a tiny box fan that weighs 4KG! Certainly not worth £218...more like £15!

0 starts if possible. Worst website I have ever encountered. Worst customer service. Never answered any email back. Never received item ordered.

SCAM Company

Ordered an air unit 5 days ago, believed it was an UK company as I paid in sterling. The email invoice was in Australian Dollars and since I’ve been trying to cancel the order. All I get is automated emails , tried to call the number (Hong Kong based) and it doesn’t connect. The unit is not fit to be used with UK electricity. Paid £185 , which I am now disputing it with my bank.
DON’T EVEN THINK TO ORDER from this website. They send you and email with 5 Dollars off the order if you give the. Good reviews. All the good reviews are FAKE
