SCAM! I ordered a 12000BTU airconditioning unit like many others that have reported here on TrustPilot.

I've just received my order and surprise surprise, it's a tiny box fan that weighs 4KG! Certainly not worth £218...more like £15!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM DECORSDELUXE.COM

0 starts if possible. Worst website I have ever encountered. Worst customer service. Never answered any email back. Never received item ordered.

SCAM Company

Ordered an air unit 5 days ago, believed it was an UK company as I paid in sterling. The email invoice was in Australian Dollars and since I’ve been trying to cancel the order. All I get is automated emails , tried to call the number (Hong Kong based) and it doesn’t connect. The unit is not fit to be used with UK electricity. Paid £185 , which I am now disputing it with my bank.
DON’T EVEN THINK TO ORDER from this website. They send you and email with 5 Dollars off the order if you give the. Good reviews. All the good reviews are FAKE

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, tried canceling my order 10 minutes after placing it, had to wait 2 days for a response and the “can’t cancel” because the order has been processed. The order hasn’t even left their warehouse and they can’t cancel???? Useless, please save yourself the trouble and never order from them.

There was a variety of products and for mine it had various number options which was great. Very easy to navigate and checkout. Price was good as well.

Same as all other reviews. Ordered Air Con unit 21st June, reveived one email re delivery with next to no info. Currency taken in Aus. Have emailed company no response as yet. Also opened a dispute with Paypal as I doubt very much I will be receiving the unit anytime soon if at all. Utter disgrace, company needs reporting.

I paid on 25-jun26 for 2 portable Air conditioners
till today 03-july-26 no despatch is done so far
their ..phone no of Holland is fake ..not recognised
by Dutch phone system.
DO NOT PAY THEM ..AVOID THEIR FRAUD
they give a fake link of Evri.com which always saying
We are expecting your parcel ...etc
they do not have a REVIEWs link on their web-site
to post any reviews to expose their FRAUDs
