I googled that I wanted the best quality kids monster truck that was also able to go in water. I bought first on list.

Please avoid!!! Much like many other people on here, I ordered the 12000 BTU AC unit on 23 June. Upon placing the order the email receipt was in Australian Dollars. This is the first red flag. Once the tracking details were provided I could see this is arriving from China. I’ve had similar issues in the past. The product still hasn’t arrived and the customer service is simply not replying to me. I tried calling but no one picks up. Based on what I’ve seen here I think the item will arrive (God knows when), but it certainly won’t be a useful, valuable AC unit and instead will be a regular fan. I regret purchasing from here and will raise a dispute with my bank to charge this transaction back. PLEASE AVOID! I hope this review saves someone

I would not even give one star think this company is definitely a scam
Like other customers I purchased what I thought was a portable air con unit I got sent a cheap fan 😡
I my self tried cancelling my order in the beginning but got no reply
The customer service is horrendous they don’t reply to emails the phone line dose not work
How can I return this item and get a refund if they don’t respond
I spent £ 230 on a cheap fan i could of got from any store

This company is a scam AVOID do not use!!!!
I ordered an air conditioning unit on the 21st June. After realising they were not based in the UK I email there contact email to cancel as the order hadnt been processed at that time they never responded I have since emailed them numerous times ( they state the reply in 24 to 48 hours) and they continue to ignore me emails.

I requested to cancel my order within minutes of placing it, but my cancellation request was completely ignored. The company replied only once with excuses and then stopped responding to my emails. They later claimed the order had been shipped but failed to provide any convincing evidence or proper tracking information. It also became apparent that the company operates from China, which was not clear when I placed the order. Based on my experience, I believe the communication has been misleading and the customer service unacceptable. I would recommend that potential customers do their research and proceed with caution‼️

Ordered a Portable Air con unit. Received a fan instead, they agreed it was their mistake and said they would send what I ordered ASAP. Over 3 weeks have passed and I keep asking for updates but haven't had a single response. Starting to think this might be an air con scam during hot weather. My original order was 3 of June.

Concern that my bank advised that this site is a scam. I hope not, like the look of the pendant lights.

The 128 Tb SSD's arrived after a very long time. Company responses to formatting problems have been ZERO -- no response to 3 attempts through every available channel. The drives will not format. They are useless, and will not even be recognized by my Mac. This is a scam.

Ordering was very easy and got immedate response regards delivery

Avoid at all costs. You browse the website and it states that next day shopping (with a new little union flag). Payment is all on GBP. Until you press pay then the invoice comes in Aus Dollars. Then they don't send any shipping details. I ordered on the 23rd June. Still no product. Evri messaged me the day after saying "awaiting your parcel". That was the last update.

I requested a cancellation immediately stating they never said the product was coming from overseas. Still no contact. I then raised a case through PayPal+ to which they said "you can only cancel in the first hour". Which I did through their customer contact form (it was the only available option).

I then received an email stating I am on the "priority list for shipping". Again no where during the prices was it mentioned that my product wasn't available when purchasing.

Honestly don't waste your time with this scam company.

Looking for an air con unit. Please use a known reputable company. 3 weeks in and still waiting for delivery and by the looks of most reviews here, it won't come. Case set up for money back as I believe this to be a scam site. All positive reviews written here are from people who have just bought but not yet recieved the item. And probably never will. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

this company is big fraud company I buy Aircon before three weeks ago the cost around £300 I send a lot of emails. They not reply my emails. I don’t know where is my order so please don’t buy anything for this company.

Firstly, the item took far beyond what they said at purchase. I wanted to cancel immediately when I found out it was shopping from Hong Kong but got no response.
The customer service is terrible, no response or reply, one for the email addresses doesn't work.
Finally and worst of all, the product your order is not what you get. I ordered a 12000 btu air conditioner. It was advertised with pictures showing an AC, but what arrived was a cheap evaporative air cooler that I could have bought of Amazon for 30 quid.
I'm usually really careful with purchases but rushed it because it was so hot outside. Read the reviews, this is a scam company.

Good value for the price.
