Terrible service, been over a week now since I made an order and it’s still not left their warehouse. Not transparent with their location in Hong Kong and their estimated delivery times. I have tried to contact them several times regarding cancellation and refund of the order but I get a “we’re working hard to send out your order email” in response.

Easy to order good communication at first however they take your money and product does not arrive!! I tried to cancle within first 24 hours they would not cancle it. They said item was being dispatched. One week later they send an apology saying sorry item still not dispatched! At present time im out for pocket £243 and no sign of item not happy at all.

Only 1 star because the scale doesn’t go any lower. Ordered an aircon unit, they’ve taken the money and all i get are emails telling me they are sorry its delayed, but no dates.
Terrible.

Complete scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They will either not send your item or send you a compeltely different item to what you ordered then refuse to refund you

This is a scam company!!!!!! Avoid at all cost. They don't have air con machines, they will send you bogus update emails etc. Get your money back from your bank as a chargeback as soon as possible!!!! All positive reviews are totally fake!!!!!!

I placed an order with DecorsDeluxe for a “Portable Air Conditioner 12000 BTU Cooling” on 23 June 2026.

The website appeared to show a UK price and I believed the item would arrive on 24 June. However, after payment, the transaction appeared on my bank statement as:

APPLEPAY WHOP*DECORSDELUXE WHOP.COM US
Amount: GBP 242.98

This has made me very concerned because the payment was processed through WHOP.COM US, not directly by DecorsDeluxe. I have not received a clear delivery date, tracking number, dispatch confirmation, or clear information about where the item is being shipped from.

I contacted the company to cancel the order and request a refund, but I have not received a clear response or refund confirmation.

At this stage, I am very worried this may be a misleading or potentially fraudulent transaction.

Has anyone else ordered from DecorsDeluxe? Is this website genuine or a scam? Did anyone actually receive their item or get a refund?

I would advise other customers to be very careful before ordering, especially if the payment is processed through a different company name.

Decor dulaxe i have ordered 12000B. T. U air conditioning unit online, it has been 1 week. I tried to email the company. I cannot seem to get any answer from them. Nor any email.
And only information I received my order label is created apart from that nothing else and every time I try to check on delivery app website My order is pending on label. Created it showing same information for last one week,
So now I am fully convinced this is a scam website. They took my money.
So I contacted PayPal and explained everything this is a scam website and I was being scammed PayPal assured me i will refund on customer protection , and so please do not buy anything from unsettified. Online shops before you place an order, be mindful and do your homework before you buy something through online. I have learned my lesson. This is going to be my last thank you.

Unfortunately we were another one who has been affected by the air conditioning scam of the BTU 12000 air conditioning unit. We received a cheap lightweight air cooler instead. Back and forth with several emails with no option of a refund, only a replacement… we are down over £200 and have contacted our bank to help.
Avoid at all costs. This website is a scam and needs to be taken down.

This is a scam. I have emailed and awaiting a response. This is nothing but a cheap Electric fan. I will wait to hear back and then inform my bank.

Ordered an external hard drive, it doesn't work. I ve sent pictures and a video showing that it is faulty and noone ever replied to my email.

It was easy to order. The product description was clear and free shipping to my location openly stated. I struggled with that with other non-Canada based websites. The amount listed was also in my local currency. The communication by email was clear and allowed me to confirm my address. Promptly shipped and now waiting for the product!

Ordered a 12000 BTU air conditioner. Took over 2 weeks to come. I spend over £250 on this and when it arrived it wasn’t what I ordered! It was an air cooler which is worth about £30! Trying to get a refund but no replies! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Website advertised 12000 BTU air conditioners at prices that looked too good to be true (and were) during the recent UK heatwave, with a "sale ends today" countdown that never seemed to change. The site advertises "Free Shipping within the UK", giving the impression the item is dispatched from the UK - only after ordering is it revealed the item ships from China. For some reason the payment is taken in Australian Dollars! The advertised Netherlands telephone number does not exist, the support@ email address in the order confirmation bounces back undelivered and repeated emails to info@ requesting cancellation and a refund have gone unanswered. Over a week after ordering, the product has not been dispatched and all communication has been ignored. You'll end up having to dispute the payment through your bank or Paypal. SCAM. AVOID.
