Let down by Fedex
When I ordered my case 10 days ago, I was not aware that I was ordering from somewhere overseas. This information should be a little more transparent as I wanted a cover, quickly. However, the cover t was promptly despatched by Fedex. Unfortunately, I am still waiting to receive it 10 days later.
The last scan was on 1st April where it was at a local FedEx facility in NSW.
Given the high feedback status for this product on your website, I am going to assume it's a great product, and you were very prompt with despatch.
The problem here seems to be with Fedex, unfortunately.

Defective Magnetic Clasp
I received my leather folio MagSafe case. The magnet clasp is extremely loose to my iPhone 15 Pro where the iPhone is not secure when it’s in the folio case plus the MagSafe does NOT charge when your phone is in the folio case!
Needless to say I requested a prepaid shipping label back but the Company wants me to take photos of the defective clasp, which would not show that the case is defective from a photo. To understand the defective magnet clasp you would have to actually have it in your hand and see what I’m talking about. The return/refund policy is non-existing so make sure you are aware of that when you purchased from this company. Very unhappy with my purchase I will Not be purchasing anything else from this company!

You need to be transparent regarding the importance duty of 46 dollars .
This is totally unacceptable for the customer to not know the actual total cost prior to making a purchase!

The item arrived within a few days and easily fitted into my letterbox, which is sensible as so many firms are now using overlarge boxes for small items.

Delay on delivery
More than a week to received my order, although we pay additionally for the transport when in others stores are free of charge... is something not aceptable and uncomfortable for regular customers like me.
8 days after and still not receive it... You must change your courier provider as we are paying for a good service that we are not receiving.
I'm not agree to pay for something that's clearly stated in your web on Shopping and Delivery terms and we aren't now in a peak season like Black Friday or Christmas so no reason for such delay. I feel truly disappointed with my purchase this time.
