Only giving 3 as its a pain being told on webpage to phone in to update bank details then being emailed forms to print scan and email back. Everywhere else has an online option to complete this task.

Great Customer Service
I spoke with Myfanwy and she was extremely helpful - very polite and friendly and she dealt with all my questions efficiently and professionally. She didn't transfer me over to anybody else and sorted a couple of things out for me there and then on the phone.

Constant sales calls
Constant sales calls, dont listen to not wanting to be contacted. Asked numerous times why im not spending more and using the card more. sent out cards 2 months after agreeing to use service. I am waiting now another month for updated cards. plus getting new sales calls. I dont think they are breaking GDPR rules as they dont seem to keep any records. Come on do better its not hard.

Customer service is important here!
Recently contacted the office by phone and spoke to Myfanwy. She was so kind and helpful in assisting me to cancel a lost card and order a new one. She also helped me re activate my online account and talked me through each step. I can't stress enough how professional and helpful Myfanwy was. She really took the time to help me when I was very frazzled and I really appreciate the excellent customer service. I will be passing on word of my good experience to others.

DCI HARASSMENT
Radius DCI decided to stop our fuel cards and close our account, their decision so I immediately transferred everything we owed them. However since then they have sent a number of spurious and downright fraudelent invoices to our closed account. Can anyone advise what we can do to stop this harrassment, they keep apologising, but an apology without any action is simply an insult. Would the office of consumer affairs have any influence as obviously their own staff could not care less?
