Great experience other than the room I booked and paid for wasn't actually available during the time I had scheduled/paid for it. To their credit, they moved it to another day that worked for me. Fantastic experience other than the small hiccup.

Unfortunate Situation, Excellent Resolution
I originally left a negative review because of a really frustrating booking and cancellation experience that resulted in significant charges for reservations we never ended up using.
After I posted my review, a manager reached out and took the time to actually look into what happened. (Thank you so much Lindsay Kartevold!!) She listened, investigated the situation, acknowledged that the reservations had been mishandled, and arranged a full refund. Honestly, I had lost all hope and was extremely disappointed with how everything had been handled. She was a breath of fresh air and actually took the time to understand what happened and make it right.
I'm very grateful for her help and willingness to resolve the issue. Thank you again!

There was a scheduling issue with the first conference room I tried to book. I called to resolve the issue, and the representative that assisted me was extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. The issue was resolved successfully and extremely quickly.

Central location was helpful
Central location was helpful, and near a major freeway for ease of locating.
Realized too late that the room wasn't already set up for videoconferencing.
Second day of rental, A/C was not working and the room stayed at 80 degrees plus--very uncomfortable.

Horrible UI and rude staff
Horrible UI. It lead me to a location that I didn't work. I purchased the meeting room and then realized it was the wrong city.
I called to tell them my mistake; they refunded me and helped me book the right city but they locations on google maps were not the same as online and so again there was confusion in the booking.
I booked another one and I specifically said I don't want Regus, but they booked me into a Regus and then wouldn't refund me. The supervisor I spoke to was rude and not helpful
