Cheap merchandise- not like website
It took over a month for my package to arrive. The merchandise is poor quality. Single stitching on the jackets, the print is blurry looking. The cardigans are see through. Everything smelled like plastic coming out of the bag, probably because it's cheap polyester. No lining on the jackets, including the fuzzy ones. I bought this as a gift and I am embarrassed to give it.

Item was ill fitting and unwearable
The item took weeks to arrive. I ordered a Women's T shirt size Medium. When item arrived it was way to big (I compared it to other t shirts size Medium and the fit was large and all wrong in many ways, very long). The fabric was unidentifiable and had no information on what it was or how to care for it. When I contacted company they told me to either get a small % off what I paid for a refund ($15. on an item more than $30., or ship it to China which would have been more than $200.00. I will never wear this item and was very dissatisfied with item and the return options offered.

Trash store
A complete scam. The only "good" thing about this purchase is that I now know to check truspilot before buying from a company new to me.
The shirt I bought is very poor quality. The fabric isn't cotton but some sort of nylon, hard to say since there are no washing instructions. There are no tags or labels whatsoever, only the size is indicated. The color is blotchy and the print is fuzzy. I doubt even the clothing recycle service will see this shirt as something that could be resold second hand.

Absolute junk
Absolute junk. Do not buy from them. The designs look cool on their website but what you receive is nothing like it. I ordered an octopus hoodie and it is the cheapest looking piece of junk I have ever seen. The material is bulky, heavy, cheap polyester and the logo is actually blurry. I contacted customer service and they told me “thats the design.” Really? The design is supposed to be cheap and blurry, my bad lol. I sent them more pictures and they actually replied “It’s not blurry.” Great customer service. I love how all of their bad reviews get the same auto reply asking them to contact customer service so they can find a solution, as if we didn’t try that route.

This company is terrible! The quality is so poor and not as advertised. The company offers a 30 day money back guaranteed with no questions. Think I’m on about email number 15 asking for an address to return the products. They keep offering me discounts. I do not want to buy anymore of their products! They want to charge delivery to China to return products. Absolutely disgusting service!

Do not buy these clothes. This is a chinese company, the clothes are very poor quality, way too small and almost impossible to get your money back. They have a returns policy but make it really difficult to return and just offer fraction of your money back. It's just not worth the drama

I ordered 3 tops and was pleased so ordered 3 more. The new tops are the wrong print, style and size. I will give them away rather than try to get a refund. Do not buy from them!
