The jeans fit my waist perfectly
The jeans fit my waist perfectly, but the thighs are massive. Good for specific type body type. I guess.
Still Waiting
LOOOONG wait...a little over a month. Very cheaply made. Wouldn't buy anything from them again.
This company did not want to give me a full refund...
This company did not want to give me a full refund of the $41.00 I was owed and argued with me via email. When they finally agreed to give me the full refund that their site promises for returned, undamaged clothing, lo and behold! They lied and only refunded $21 to my Paypal account. I am tired of dealing with these scammers. Do not trust them! They are unscrupulous!
Scam!
Purchased a t-shirt. Material/fabric stated it was cotton and or, cotton polyester blend. The tag states it is polyester and spandex. No cotton at all. The t-shirt looks nothing like what was depicted. Very difficult to get any customer service. Shipping info virtually missing. Zolucky is a scam!
I never received the sweater I ordered
I never received the sweater I ordered. I shouldn't have to pay for someone to look into this. It was charged on my credit card, so I have to pay for something I never recieved.
Order tops only if you like wearing clothing made of foamy plastic.
The fabric of all of their tops is a foamy plastic, not cloth. DO NOT buy from Zolucky. You will be sorry. The photos of all the tops are deceiving.

I waited months for these items and half of them are nice, made well and the others are just trash.
I waited months for these items. I kept half of them but the other half didn't even come close to my size. I have tried to send the smaller ones back and never got a reply. This is one of the most frustrating ordeals I have ever encountered just buying anything on a website. I do not want to deal with something that should be so simple as a return/exchange item yet is beyond anything I have ever had to deal with related to an on line purchase. The items on line are very cute and attractive looking but half are them are poorly made.
The clothes were poor quality
The clothes were poor quality. I tried for days to return them but the website was awful to navigate.
Zolucky returns dishonest and frustrating
The blouse I ordered from a Zolucky pop-up ad took weeks to arrive. When it did, I could not try it on because the button holes are too small to get the buttons through. So I now have a blouse that cannot be worn.
I went through the 3rd party $5 tech company who ended up referring me back to Zolucky and sneak opening a $45 account I had to keep for a month; I canceled further charges.
Zolucky told me that the button holes being too small to use was not a defect, it just happens sometimes in the manufacturing process.
No, it doesn't just happen, and yes it is a defect. I should be refunded the total price. But they want to BARGAIN on the refund amount!
I will never do business with them again, and recommend you avoid them.
Poor quality
The dress I ordered didn't look much like the dress in the photo on the Zolucky website. The fabric was cheap and thin and it fit like a tent. They have no return instructions on their website. Instead they make you go through a third party who actually charges you to do the return ($5), plus they want your phone number and credit card into. No thanks. Bad purchase.
this company is nothing but a scam
this company is nothing but a scam, they were the most frustrating company I have ever delt with.
I DO NO RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!!!!!
They give NO customer service support and anything negative is what this company is all about.
I wish I read the reviews before…
I wish I read the reviews before buying. Clothes on the site looked cute, stylish and of quality but like all reviews, they are cheaply made, colors are not like on the website and they’re not inexpensive clothes. SHEIN is 100% better.

There are many colors for me to choose from, I chose the pink I like
Absolute rubbish Do Not deal with this company. The items are not what they display on the site.
Total scam.
Never buy from Chinese companies pretending to be American!
I found the reviews very helpful. Last spring I bought some sandals from a Chinese company (not Zolucky) pretending to be American. They were too big, I was told that I had to return them to China. With the huge postal cost plus Chinese tariffs, return was not feasible. My experience with Chinese companies has taught me NEVER to buy from Chinese companies -they use devious methods- like getting your e-mail and phone number before you can buy.
i ordered items that are still in…
i ordered items that are still in processing status 7 days later no cutomer email that you fined or phone number on their site.
Not even a 1 star...less than...Zolucky…
Not even a 1 star...less than...Zolucky is just another cheap import clothing company that uses the images to sell a much more sub-quality product!...Once again, as they are laughing at another American consumer duped and scammed...have had several experiences with these companys...Run as fast as you can to avoid being sucked in by a pretty image and scammed with a crap product
This is the second time I’ve tried to…
This is the second time I’ve tried to return items, with no success. The reason given is that my order number and email address do not match even though I copied it from the bill. After 2attempts, I will no longer order from this company.
DO NOT ORDER FROM ZOLUCKY
Cheap, cheap, cheap clothing that does not resemble the photos on their website. Prints are blurry, not crisp as in photos. Sparkles? Non-existent. Free gift - what a crock - didn't receive bracelet. Total waste of money. Chatted with them on the site and they wanted my phone number but would chat for an additional $5 to some subscription site. My bad for not researching reviews before ordering.
