This is first time I purchased from Nora Cora. The items are not true to size and are poor quality. I have been trying to get a return address label for 3 days . I just get emails thanking me for my patience. They want to charge $5 to chat with some to resolve your issues. I will not purchase from Nora Cora again.
I ordered 4 dresses, but the pictures were very misleading. The dresses were of very poor quality, so I submitted a request for a full refund over THREE weeks ago and still haven't heard back. Please do not believe them when they say returns are easy.

placed an order; checked status; always in process. did chat which was entirely useless; ask to pay $5.00 to talk to computer technician. chat replies seemed to be computer generated. contested credit card charge and within a few days' charges were reversed. Believe it is a company located in China. Impossible to talk to anyone.
The pattern is exactly like the photo, but the fabric feels a bit scratchy against the skin
I ordered a patriotic sweatshirt for $32. What I received was not even close. It only faintly resembles a sweatshirt. The entire shirt is cheap, almost plastic fabric. The cuffs and collar “ribbing” area aren’t - they are just printed on, along with what resembled waffle fabric in the order picture. I won’t bother trying to return it, but will caution others: you do not receive anything like the pictures you have viewed. Do not waste your time or money.
I am still waiting for instructions to return dresses that don’t fit me. I have purchased from Nora Vora before and everything was fine. But this time I got dresses that don’t fit me and the quality is not near what they used to sell,
On top of it they have to pre-approve a return. They give 30 days to return what you are not happy with. THEY DONT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR REQUEST

You most definitely do not get what you see. The sizing is waaayyyy off, you can't get a hold of anyone, they make you jump through hoops and you end up donating items. It is complete B.S. Trust me ladies don't do it. The fabric is cheap and the patterns are not what you think, it looks like patterns are sublimated on fabric. Cheap
I returned home after a two-month vacation to find a Noracora package waiting - which my husband purchased for me prior to our vacation. Liked the top, but it was too big. Try returning it for a smaller size? Ha! After "chatting" for 20 minutes, I was referred to another site that asked for $5 refundable fee and another subscription monthly fee which have nothing to do with returning my item. You've got to be kidding. When they want your order, no problem, no "fees". When they have to work to exchange an item, however, then YOU pay! Since when did Customer Service start charging fees? Don't use this company unless you're desperate. I'm not.
Edit: Wow. Just received 2/8 items and the sweater was supposed to be "Apricot". It's a cream yellow! The second is the free bracelet. All the rest of the review is still valid:
Still no order number to track my delivery. I ordered on Feb 6, 26, charged and thanked and nothing. I contacted the email to the business to send me an order number to track, but no response. I guess I have to contact my bank to stop payment which will cost me money.

Going on a month now without my order. Customer service keeps giving me later dates. At this point, I’m considering a chargeback if it doesn’t come soon.
I should have known better....
I first ordered a very nice looking dress with a jacket. Well, the jacket was not the one in the picture, not by a long shot. NoraCora did give me a credit for the jacket. So I ordered once again because I had this credit to use. After taking almost 4 months to get here, it was not the same jacket as pictured on their website. Byer Beware!!!

Like what other reviewers have said I tried to make a return. It took forever went through Nora. Cora then went through something called seel.
I have no idea the status of my return because it keeps saying my return order number is not the same as my email address which is not correct. They are in fact the same I’m giving up. I’m gonna be out $130 just because I can’t get through to anyone to help me.
The other thing is, I’m trying to find their charge on my credit card and I can’t find it either. Something is wrong in Denmark with this place. Seel
I needed to return merchandise that I purchased. When I tried I was sent to another entity other than Noracora and told to pay $1 (refundable) but also giving them consent to charge my credit card $55 monthly. Luckily my Discover card texted me to ask if this was legitimate. When I said no, they said good choice. This is a way to get credit card numbers and charge $55!!! Terrible. No wonder we use Amazon, Macy's and Kohls and not Noracora!
I ordered 3 summer dresses during Covid. The pictures are so photo shopped, it's shocking. It took a month to get them, when they finally came, the fabric had the consistency of a Brillo pad. They were so horrible, I could not even donate them. They went right in the trash. This company is in China, The address is hinky and no phone number. Don't do it!
