I ordered a lovely whaleshark hoodie from dashingsoul, the courier in the UK DPD delivered my order to the wrong address but I was out of the country. I emailed them and they immediately responded apologised and confirmed they would dispatch another which I received from a different courier with no delays. I was very impressed with the high quality customer service and the tone of emails from them which was super helpful. The hoodie itself is beautiful I love it it’s really pretty and very warm I’d very much recommend the company

Attractive design and Japanese patterns. Tried to find the long necklace pictured with the tops that I ordered, but apparently you do not sell them. You should. I'm sure that I am not the only customer who finds the combination appealing.

I purchased the octopus shirt in black, ran big, but I can tuck it in, the colors are vibrant, and the material is soft and substantial. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I will definitely keep shopping with DashingSoul! There were some issues with the delivery of my shirt. I reached out by email and they have responded to every email with options and ways to make sure I get the shirt that I was so excited for! The communication has been phenomenal!

My top I ordered was a large and it was too big. The fabric doesn’t shrink so I needed a Medium. They allowed a return. They said that they would send a replacement for free. I am anxious to get this as I really love their designs and will be a repeat customer. A good company makes the customer happy…When I receive the corrected size Medium I will be totally happy. Thank you.

I was looking for tops with fish on them. I put the interesting ones on my cart and then narrowed it down to two. The purchase via PayPal went smoothly. Now I'll wait to see how long it takes for them to arrive.

Warning! Do not buy any products from this seller. Expensive prices for cheap, synthetic materials, low quality prints and badly fitting clothing, not as pictured or advertised. They will not process a refund unless you pay for return postage to China. This is a scam.

In response to Dashingsoul’s public comment on this review stating that they contacted me by email, I have not received any follow-up email from them regarding a resolution. My previous email correspondence with the seller did not result in a satisfactory outcome, and the subsequent PayPal case also did not resolve the issue. The public response here suggests support that I have not experienced in practice. (yes, I checked my spam folder)

Cheap materials, false advertising, poorly made clothing from a warehouse in China. Return policy is deceptive; shipping costs are prohibitive. Garments advertised as 100% cotton are cheap polyester. Customer service is non-existent. Avoid this webiste and this online retailer. It's a total scam.

I ordered before I read these reviews. So I didnt know what to expect or if anything was even coming! Their tracking worked and was updated almost every day. Similar to Shein. One order took 3 weeks to come in. These are def not as pictured, 100% polyester, designs arent 'sharp' but they look pretty darn ok, esp from a small distance!! They are printed front and back. It all fit me (1 size larger than youd normally order small = medium), nice colors, one 'sweater' is just about the cutest fitting long sleve I own and I may get another one! - V neck pullover 'sweater'. Also got long sleve polo 'sweater'. Not a knitted sweater but warm for sure. Got a pair of pants, just elastic waist but the print is colorful, looks pretty good, comfy, totally going to wear them! Not sure about washing as there are no tags. I will try cold, gentle and air dry. If you have ordered from Shein or Wish, this is about the same experience. Not feeling ripped off. I posted this so you'd know what to expect! If you expect exactly what's pictured, you'll feel disappointed.

It's bad enough that the designs are clearly not credited, and the fabric is garbage, but the print quality is _atrocious_. I ordered 3 pieces with Hokusai's Great Wave and I got a print of an awful discolored JPG, complete with compression artifacts like it was downloaded from someone's ICQ profile picture in 1996. After reading the reviews here in not going to even bother to try and send them back, I'm just going to leave them on the street and hope to see some local junkie wearing them with style a week from now.

I'm really disappointed in the quality of the materials and the garments. The screen printing is also blurry, and doesn't really look like the photos in the ads
