Again, we apologise for the delay on this parcel however sometimes highly realistic toy guns can get delayed due to unforeseen factors, such as customs. We hope to have your parcel delivered very soon and that you’ll enjoy the item once received!
I placed an order a few months ago and…
I placed an order a few months ago and it arrived in a timely manner. My son wanted to spend his allowance on two more toys, the items were shipped in separate packages. The revolver toy's box was packaged at the bare minimum; the product was in a little, smashed box with nothing to protect the toy, thankfully the toy functioned as it should. The second toy from that order has not been received and it's been one month since we place the order. I am understandable and know things happen sometimes, but after chatting with customer service, they said they would "look into it". It's been over two weeks since I heard back and they haven't responded with my follow-up email sent one week after talking to them. The toys aren't particularly cheap, so I expected better communication and customer service. I am not sure if I would recommend this company after not receiving an order and being ghosted by customer service.

I ordered 2 guns and paid $135 for them, I ordered them at the end of the April, it took over a month to get one of the guns and I still haven't received the 2nd one. It's been over 2 months. I reached out and they gave me a $50 gift certificate to use on their website, but my son's birthday came and went with no gift. Not happy.

Honestly, I would rather give this product 0 stars or even negative stars if that were possible. This product is complete garbage and an absolute disappointment for the price. I paid nearly €300 for it and regret the purchase massively. In hindsight, it would have been more useful to just burn the money.
Unfortunately, I realized how bad it really was too late and had already missed the return window according to their return policy. Now I’m stuck with this expensive mistake and can’t even send it back.
The quality, workmanship, and overall performance are nowhere near worth the price. Definitely not recommended — never again.

- You ordered a product that specifically mentions it must be assembled yourself, and to contact us if you need help with it.
- Your first email to us was nearly 5 weeks after you received the item, asking to return it because you struggled with the assembly.
- We advised you that the return was not possible as it was outside our returns period and you had used the item, but offered to help you to assemble the item.
- You have not responded to our offer of support and have instead written this review.
