Honestly, I would rather give this product 0 stars or even negative stars if that were possible. This product is complete garbage and an absolute disappointment for the price. I paid nearly €300 for it and regret the purchase massively. In hindsight, it would have been more useful to just burn the money.
Unfortunately, I realized how bad it really was too late and had already missed the return window according to their return policy. Now I’m stuck with this expensive mistake and can’t even send it back.
The quality, workmanship, and overall performance are nowhere near worth the price. Definitely not recommended — never again.

- You ordered a product that specifically mentions it must be assembled yourself, and to contact us if you need help with it.
- Your first email to us was nearly 5 weeks after you received the item, asking to return it because you struggled with the assembly.
- We advised you that the return was not possible as it was outside our returns period and you had used the item, but offered to help you to assemble the item.
- You have not responded to our offer of support and have instead written this review.
We always try to go the extra mile for our customers but unfortunately as you haven't responded to our offer of help, there's not much we can do for you! Please feel free to respond to our emails and we'll help you out.

i think it would be nice for some better customer service cuz one of my revolvers came with a broken shell wich you cant put the dart in but the product is ok

The product is droppshipped and the return process is horror and I am currently getting ghosted. They deny me my right of return.
The product is fine but you can get the exact same one from Ali express for less than half of the Dart Armoury price

Great fun loading the guns
We bought 2 guns (pistol and revolver) at anime con Cardiff 2 months ago and they haven’t been put down once. Having the shells pop out and being able to reload the gun is what my son loves most I think. When he has friends over they only want to play with these guns, forgetting the arsenal of other weapons he has. He’s already written a list of what he needs for his birthday

Excellent Quality
The quality of the toy was incredible.
