Items were not as presented on the website. Bad quality in print and fabric and sizing is off. They try to convince you to not make a return by offering a discount on your next order. As if I would ever buy from this company again… Return costs and taxes must be paid by the customer which is expensive considering the company is in China. Total scam. Do not buy from this store!

Please do not order form this company, it is a scam. I ordered Two gym tops form Darkpick_offical on the 4th of March worth over £40, despite several chases the tops never arrived, I was continuously fobbed off via email with excuses as to why my items were not made or shipped. I asked for a refund on four separate occasions which was ignored, and an offer of future discounts was made. As i write this (14th April) nearly SIX weeks later my refund request is still being processed, I hold little hope of ever getting my money back. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST

This is a fake company that sends you a product that is fake, and not what was ordered. When you contact them, they tell you to buy some more and will give you some % off in your new purchase. They tell you to not send the fake product back, but to just buy some more.
Do not trust anything from Darkpick!

I have communicated with the customer support team regularly however after 6 weeks of waiting, when asking for updates, they palmed me off with comments such as expediting delivery and these items are handmade.
I have resorted to claiming my money back through PayPal.

The first thing that attracted me to this shop were the unique designs! From your favorite bands, to 80’s nostalgia, to horror, I was overwhelmed with buyer’s joy!

My first purchase was not disappointing! The shirts were just as described and seen on the website.

I’m a petite woman, 5’1, 130lbs so the size small tanks were a little wide on me. This is something I expected because they’re unisex.

I simply cut and inch or so off each side, and sewed it. Now they fit my body better to show curves.

I’m so happy with my tanks, I’ve returned for more. Thank you Darkpick!🖤

Disappointed that i received a 10% of code that was not able to be used. Otherwise the experience was fine.

The owners of this site are definitely shady operators, if not a complete scam/fraudulent operation . I placed an order and 18 days later, it had not shipped. I followed up and they promised it was within the shipping timeline and they'd upgrade the "shipping." Five days later, still nothing. So i searched reviews, only to discover people are waiting over a month or getting cheap, flimsy shirts that are nothing as described.

I then emailed them asking to cancel the order and they kept stonewalling and then finally said they would cancel it for a 15% handling fee. Mind you, it hadn't shipped yet.

I dug further only to discover that their website domain was registered a year ago and its hosted in China.

If you order from them, you WILL be burned.

Easy to purchase. I liked some of the designs. Nothing bad to say 🙂

Just awful. Apparently after 2 weeks of waiting for my order and asking where it is they hadn’t even started making it yet!! Apparently due to the complexity of the designs!! 😂
A complete joke of a firm.
Now let’s see how hard it is for me to get my £50 back. They’re a full blown working out of their mums garage kinda company so they should just be able to ask mummy and daddy for my money and could just PayPal it back to me.
I envisage a battle ahead and at least 4-5 more emails until they understand I want my money back.
I’m embarrassed for these guys

First time buyer

I ordered a tshirt from them , waited nearly 5 weeks and when it came it was a totaly different design and colour. They have send me numerous emails saying I can have a 10% refund and 35% on a new order . I keep replying saying are you having a laugh? I get 10% refund for something that isn't my fault and that I want a full refund, now they have stopped replying so unfortunately I will have to put it down to experience and carry on reporting them at every opportunity

T-shirt,sweaters,are not what is advertised,knock off,got ripped off cheap material, fake sweater

Much too big, dreadful quality (shiny, thin plastic material) and looks like it was printed on a home printer from an MS paint image in 1996.

They have amazing and fun items at a great price and also really good sizing as well!
