I recently bought t-shirts from this company. One shirt had a hole in it, and the other was not made of cotton. They called it fake cotton, but it was some kind of polyester. I asked for another shirt to replace the one with the hole in it, and they said they can't accept returns unless I pay for shipping, but they'll give me 20% off if I buy another shirt! The other shirt, fake cotton, is, according to them, my fault, since I didn't know what fake cotton meant. This company is a rip-off. Also, the shirts had very small neck openings, which made the shirts very uncomfortable.

Horrible customer service and very poor products. They sent me a sweatshirt I paid 49$ for and the silkscreen was so poorly done I could barely make out the image. Then in spite of the return policy they would not take the item back or refund the purchase.

Do not buy. Bait and switch and you can’t get a refund. Terrible material, even worse construction. Impossible to get a refund with out disputing the charge.

Unbelievable selection

The website is slow, clunky, and a lot of things resize/reposition, making browsing your website annoying. You should consider modernizing it.

Warning – Darkpick shirts do not seem to be exactly what they are sold as. The shirts I received had a different print design to the picture on the website and the where material is described as cotton blend but the product sent is clearly made of some cheap, shiny synthetic material.

When I asked to return as the item was different product advertised I was told I had to pay for the return carriage and customs charges to go back to China.

Received the wrong item and the seller refused to take responsibility.

Instead of fixing their mistake, they offered a 15% refund or asked me to return the item to China at my own expense to get a full refund.

This contradicts their own return policy, which states that customers should not pay return shipping when the wrong item is sent.

They repeatedly avoided the issue by claiming it was “not a quality problem,” which is irrelevant when the product is incorrect.

This appears to be a deliberate strategy to avoid full refunds by making returns costly and inconvenient.

Proceed with caution.

I am giving them 5 stars because, after reading all the reviews, I requested a cancellation of my order (within the 24-hour window) and a refund. They sent two emails asking for a reason, to which I only replied by repeating my request. They eventually canceled the order and issued the refund. So in that sense, they did honor their promise of a 100% refund.

I always have a great experience when I order from this company. I think this is my 3rd order and I’ve been really pleased with the quality and design of all the shirts I have chosen. This time, I was having issues getting the discount applied and I was contacted very quickly with another code to use that worked, I really appreciate that. Thanks for being so awesome :)

Terrible experience! I ordered two shirts from Dark Pick, both of which had absolutely atrocious quality and were in no way sized correctly. They appear to be heat pressed as fast as possible, not aligned correctly and just feel terrible.
Despite their website claiming a refund if not satisfied, they refused to give me a refund and instead offered a 20% discount on a future order. Why would I want to place another order?!
Bad shirts, terrible customer service, and the refund policy is not followed. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

So easy to buy and easy process start to finish

Im still waiting for any updates of my order. I buy on feb 13. I contacted them on feb 24 because I dont see any update. After that I contacted them 4 different dates and they told me every single time something different. Today is March 22. And still waiting. I already file a complain on Paypal. Dont buy of this Sh@t place.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Darkpick! Great selection, and very nice quality. Im so glad that the size was exactly what I ordered. Very fast shipping too !!

Plenty of choice , hard to choose

I have been waiting 6 weeks with no sign of shipping yet! They offered 20 per cent discount off my next order but i had to spend money on other new clothes. Awaiting reply asking for a refund.

It took over a month to receive a single sweater and when it came it was not as shown in the pics. VERY CHEAP

I found out about this company via Instagram. I ordered four tank tops; three black and one in color.

The quality of the black tanks are good, not excellent, but an acceptable cotton blend. The non-black tanks are made of a cheap nylon-cotton blend and frankly I threw it out immediately because it felt cheap, looked cheap, and I hated the smell and how it felt on my skin.

The designs are 100% not licensed in any way but it’s no different than what you’d find in various street markets around the world.

I feel they’re a bit expensive for what they are but I always get compliments when I wear one.

Bad quaility and absolute bad handling of returns. Items haver to be shipped to China on own costs.
DO NOT BUY THERE.

Don't fall for this clickbait like I did, unless you want to spend 30£ on a weird polyester "sweatshirt" that woud make you prone to spontaneous combustion (and would take two months to arrive from an obscure warehouse in China).
