Very simple ordering process and remembers my address info

Lovely quality tee and printing. Quick delivery, have now purchased a few items from darkpick and always happy with my orders.

Awful quality, in the ad I saw the shining cardigan had a middle of beyond tag, this was nowhere near the quality of theirs, it's that cheap Chinese polyester material,and the print is very badly done. shipping was also very bad, tracker kept crashing.
Avoid these at all costs, spend your money on shein for the same thing.

I ordered a sweatshirt, but it’s not in the ordinary material a sweatshirt is usually made in so I wanted to return it. I’ve been going back and forth with them for the last few days and the best offer they can give me is a 10% refund with a 30% discount on my next order. Oh and I’ll be responsible for all shipping/customs fees. What a load of shit. Don’t buy from here unless you know you’re going to keep it.

What went wrong? Um everything.

Ordered the chicken cardigan, I never received a order number apon the payment. Just a "thank you for your purchase"

I hadent heard for received any shipping or order updates for 4-6 weeks.

I emailed and it was a bot...... after sending a not so nice and lawyer tone to them about how they operate a professional business and what is required of. I requested a copy of the order to make sure they actually received it. They send me a blured out computer photo that looked AI because have you ever taken a photo of a computer screen and it dosnt show the weird colours and horrible image? Yeah they didnt have that at all and it wasnt a actually email invoice to confirm the order for the buyer.

They insisted that its getting printed and will be send out when its done..... really? 4-6 weeks? And nothing? Not even a delay email of the order and still! No confirmation email of the order and what stage of progress its up to.

When I received it I was like WTF IS THIS? I was expecting fluffy, fuzzy cotton, but I got thin soccer jersey type of BS that wouldn't keep me warm, even with thermals on.... it even has white print on the edges of the stitching that looks cheap AF and I honestly think temu would of been so much better. Also stitching undone in 3 different places.

Never buy here! Please!

I agree with some of the previous comments. I have ordered some vests off here, the designs are great.
But when I have ordered any colour but black, the vest i receive is a cheap Nylon material, its looks & feels nasty even though the description says 100% cotton. As its from the US its a mission trying to send back so am stuck with them.
The black vests I do have though, look decent & are or better quality. Happy with these just my 2x beige one.

Shocking experience, a shirt listed as cotton blend arrived as solid polyester.
They refuse to acknowledge that it's pure polyester, and have offered an insulting resolution, which in order to never have to communicate with them again, I have accepted, and chalked it down to experience.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Nice website. Bit on the expensive side, but good quality stuff. Would like to see the pricing based on the country of origin. So for me in the UK. When it comes to payment screen, I can see the amount in £. But all in all nice gear and will be buying again in the future

Whilst the Tee itself was acceptable quality, the design was a terrible quality version of an album cover by the band Wire. The image looks very much as if darkpick have blown up a very poor quality picture from a Google search to T-shirt size. It is really important when bullying goods from these people that the customer understands that dark pick make it incredibly difficult to get any kind of refund. Apparently their terms and conditions state that the customer must return the goods at their own costs. They also make it very clear that this process will be very expensive. This is very much like many online scams today. I would not recommend this T-shirt anybody that’s the quality of the image on the print is extremely poor. Avoid.

My order arrived today 8 WEEKS after purchase. As many others have said, emailed the company chasing but they just fob you off or is a copy/paste response. Website made it look legit, but the prints on the shirts arrive much worse quality than as advertised on their shop. Avoid.

False advertising. Got charged $46 USD for a "knit pullover".
What I received was a polyester pullover with colour printed on it.
I have pictures of what I ordered vs what I got. I'm not spending any more money returning it.

I order three printed t-shirts. Order # came over immediately. Twenty days later I emailed their service department.No notice of preparedness. No tracking number. No response to my email. Guess I'm out $70.00. STAY AWAY! TOTAL SCAM!

Unfortunately, like many others, I only read the reviews after receiving my order. Please do not buy from this shop.

First of all, my order arrived 25 days after I placed it. That alone already says a lot.

The T-shirts look decent in the social media ads. The images appear to be AI-generated mockups in high quality. However, when you actually hold the product in your hands, the material is the cheapest fabric imaginable — it feels like 100% plastic.

The prints are also heavily pixelated. On the fully printed shirts you can clearly see the pixels. Honestly, it would be embarrassing to wear something like this.

The whole package arrived sealed in multiple layers of plastic. Everything suggests that these shirts are simply mass-produced somewhere in China and then aggressively marketed through social media to customers like me.

In short: extremely long delivery time, terrible quality, and completely overpriced.

My advice: stay away.
