Ordered a Dark In Love kimono style dress, and it met all expectations nicely. There was no damage, there were no problems. Also very nice that the product pages all include sizing charts, which unfortunately is not commonly found in online shops.

It fits!!! I have spent ages trying to find a place that provides gothic clothes for all sizes and shapes and nothing worked but darkincloset do just that. Their clothes are high quality and the detail on their work is insane I’m so so glad I found them.

Items arrived much faster than advised. I even accidentally ordered the wrong size for an item and messaged the seller who was very quick to respond and fix the order to ensure the appropriate size was sent put. Would purchase from again!

I ordered the most beautiful dress! When it turned out that the corset that I wanted was not in stock, the company emailed me directly and asked me to choose a new one, and gave me options that looks similar. When I did not see the email, they even texted me to say “hey ! We sent you an email and didn’t get a response !” so communicative, so nice, so helpful!
