Excelent costumer service. Always concerned about the order (if it as been delivery or not) never had a shop with this level of concerned.

My experience was wonderful, and their customer service was amazing. An item I had ordered was out of stock, and they contacted me immediately and allowed me to substitute another item at no additional cost! The clothing itself, one top by Devil Fashion and three blouses by Eva Lady, is well made and absolutely beautiful! I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for really lovely gothic clothing. While it can be expensive, there are plenty of sale items with very reasonable pricing! I will certainly be purchasing from Dark in Closet again in the future.

The dress I received was falling apart at the seams. Since I sew and don't have time to try and return it I'm just going to fix it myself. I wasn't going to leave a review, but then the company contacted me offering me a 5 dollar coupon if I left a 5-star review. That's really shady in my opinion, so I figured an honest review needed to be left. The dress I received looks like the one I ordered, so that's a plus. The material was kind of thin, but you get what you pay for and it wasn't really unexpected considering the dress was pretty inexpensive. The shipping was fast I got the dress in about a week, so points there. I might have been able to return the dress I don't know, I just don't have time. I do think it speaks bad about a company when they're offering discounts for good reviews, and seeing so many 5-star reviews makes me think I'm not the only customer that had that offer.

The shipping was faster than what I thought. The materials used are high quality, and the overall communication was very respectful and prompt. They answer emails quickly and don't leave questions unanswered. Excelente customer service and products.

The shipment arrived in 14 days, the dress is beautiful and of high quality. It will certainly not be the last order from this company.

If you are an old school goth in your late 40s this is the place to find simple, great quality clothing that doesn’t look cheap. Their customer service is fantastic!

It's the first time I've bought from this site but it won't be the last!! Even during the holidays I received my item relatively quickly and I am more than satisfied. I was afraid that the product would arrive a little damaged considering it was a bag, but it was packed impeccably, not even a scratch!! This was my first order from them so I was really nervous as to what the quality of the items would be but I am SO happy. The items were shipped quickly and packaged really well.
