Recommended by our Estate Agent, CWH Surveyors responded on a Sunday to gather our requirements. The next working day, everything was arranged and they simply got on with it. The survey itself was extremely thorough but easy to understand.

Great service
Had a great discussion with David at CWH where he gave me good objective advice to help me decide on the type of survey I wanted doing. I then decided to get CWH to carry out the chosen survey and received a prompt report from Ben, the surveyor, who was also very happy to have a follow-up conversation by phone. I was really happy with the service provided.

Great personal service. Thoroughly recommend Wayne Goodwin. We are moving down from Scotland, and the amount of detail in the survey report compared to a Home Buyer’s reports in Scotland is chalk and cheese.
