I’ve relied on CVS for my prescriptions, but this recent experience was shocking. The app said I needed pre-authorization, but my doctor confirmed there wasn’t any issue. When I called the pharmacy, t... See more

Shop somewhere else !!

The CVS location on Clague Road in North Olmsted, Ohio has no patience for customers.

1. If you dare go to check out and don’t have your CVS card ready or worse…..ask them to look it up for you…their morning employees will get very upset with you.

2. The Pharmacy has no patience for the elderly. They will stand behind the counter and yell if someone is hard of hearing. They will tap and bang on the counters to get a customer’s attention.

I have brought my concerns up to the store managers attention regarding these issues and they go in one ear and right out of the other.

The manager can’t even stop stocking shelves to look at you while you are talking.

One day…..they will all be elderly too. We will see how they like karma.

Non-childproof caps

I have been unable to receive non-childproof caps with their mail order - after multiple requests. I am a senior citizen with one arm. It's back to a local pharmacy who is responsive to my needs for me.

The CVS Pharmacy in Bardonia NIGHTMARE

The CVS Pharmacy in Bardonia, NY has rude and uncooperative people who have no regard for their customer. I was looking for two prescriptions and after being placed on hold for 20 minutes, I went there and it was a disaster. My prescriptions were not available (after 2 days) and were not expected because the CVS network did not have them as usual. I went to the local pharmacy across the street (BARDONIA PHARMACY) and they had what i needed and were pleasant caring people. I will never return to CVS Bardonia !

I signed up for carepass believing it to be a good way to save some money. I am a 78yo retired woman who lives on very small income. I wasn't told that if you didn't use it every month that it would expire and you weren't able to take advantage of the discount but were being charged 5.33 every month. I guess I forgot about it and one day when I was looking at my credit card statement I I realized that for the past 9 months they were taking out 5.33 each month and I never used my discount. I tried to get it refunded but they refused. I am extremely unhappy about how stupid I was but I think that they probably realize that this will happen and they end up making extra money because of seniors who are forgetful.

Poor Experience at CVS. I wanted to schedule a flu shot but the…

I wanted to schedule a flu shot but the app wouldn’t allow me to do so. It kept taking me back to the start of the schedule appointment. My husband and I decided to go to the Warren, PA store and ask for the flu shot. The girl behind the counter to get the flu shot asked if I had an appointment. I told her “no”, the app wouldn’t allow me to make the appointment and kept taking me back to the beginning of the app to schedule the appointment. She told me that we should have called the 800 number and that they weren’t allowed to give shots if they weren’t scheduled via the app. She was rude and had an ugly look on her face. She refused to give us a shot. We left and went to a local pharmacy who had no problem giving us the shot.

I don’t understand how people who don’t have internet or an iPhone can comply with CVS policy and yes there are people in Warren County who don’t have internet, iPhone due to the cost and access. There are some ares that still have dial-up.

This was very poor customer service and inexcusable.

CVS Emails of purchases which are not me.

This is the second time I have received an email from CVS Pharmacy giving me a recap of my purchases from their Palm Beach, Florida location. The only problem is I do not live in the USA and have not been to Florida in years. The purchase was made with an American Express card. I do not have an American Express card. I could not email them directly and I do not use FB, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Could not even contact their owning company, which is CVS Health. I have read the other bad reviews, which now do not surprise me.

This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy

This is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy. You have at best one tech & one pharmacist to do the job of 4 at least. Always out of stock. I’m writing the medical board & the DEA and AMA and the consumer protection agency on this treatment.
You have a chronic condition then you have to beg for your medication. The automated system always screws up my refills . I’m Writing after I had the same problem in 3 different location. The staff are overworked and under appreciated. So the fat cat Ceo can get 5 million dollars a month. Find a small Pharmcy … find a local business.

I had a terrible experience with CVS…

I had a terrible experience with CVS pharmacy in Hillsboro ,Ohio . They were purposely Negligent acording to my surgeon who made many attempts personally to get my prescriptions called into the store .He told me that it appears they must have a personal vendetta and was deleting the prescription from the system when he sent them over to them .he even called and spoke with workers several times and even the pharmacist himself and they still would say they had not got any calls or prescriptions sent over to them .They made me go without anticonvulsant medicine 3 different times .Every month they would say they didn’t get the refill authorization Or that there was some other issue .I still have no idea who I made mad there or how but certainly whatever reasoning they had on a personal level couldn’t have justified making me go without medicine and having a seizure .

This post is for CVS pharmacy located…

This post is for CVS pharmacy located on reseda, tarzana. We called from doctor’s office to order medication for our patient, the pharmacist took the order and got the patient and the doctor’s information, said you are all set and hung up. Next day patient called and complained the medication is not ready and there is some-problem with the patient was very upset. I called the pharmacy again and after half an hour on hold someone answered when I told her the problem, she said they don’t have any patient with that information we have the patient with different date of birth and told me you gave us the wrong information, I mentioned this is the information we have in the patient’s chart, if you have different information why
the pharmacist didn’t check and approved the order.
when they found out there is some problem the pharmacist should call the office and double check the information.
The way CVS pharmacy handled this case causing our patient to get upset and loosing trust from the doctor’s office.
The pharmacist was very rude and was arguing, she was not cooperative and very unprofessional.

Covid Test Kits needed but not Available

Needed test kits for Covid as wife and I feeling like we were coming down with the virus. Talked to a person at local CVS in Anthem Arizona and they said they had plenty of them but had to go online to put in an order. Went online and it noted that they no longer use online to distribute the Covid test kits. So called the store more than once and could not get to a store person and when I did get to a store person they told me again the only way I could get them was to order online. Told the clerk that online noted that the only way to get them was to contact the store.. So through this ridiculousness I was unable to get the test kits. So it's no wonder that I use Walgreens and our Safeway Pharmacy as they are so helpful. Once tested not by CVS we did have Covid both of us.

CVS Refills not Requested

CVS ; This store has a bad habit of refilling prescriptions not requested and then not receiving back the medicines that you neither ordered nor needed; including opioids; in my case I returned the prescription twice and they gave it to my wife who did not know that I had returned it. This lack of responsibility borders on the risky and grossly negligent

Carepass ripoff!

I was in my local CVS last week. At the register the woman asked if I wanted to sign up for carepass. Well, beings she never mentioned any charge for this membership, I assumed it was just another card for seniors at their store.
Just found a $5 charge on my account the other day. So for the last 3 days I've called them and I got the membership cancelled BUT they said they could not issue refunds. I was blowing a head gasket! I'm so tired of companies being disrespectful to customers. That's MY money!! And this charge was NOT authorized. I ended up having to go to my bank to file the claim to stop the transaction because they charged me without fully explaining at all, in any way, there would be a charge for this. Now, CVS is on my no-business list. They 'were' my pharmacy where I get my medicine but NOT no more. Why are businesses doing such crappy business these days? No respect. I refuse to do business with them entirely, will not give any support to anyone or anything related to them, forever now.
