Poor communication, non-existent shipping
Ordered a simple acrylic piece with cutout with 1-2 days shipping. One week later and it's nowhere to be seen and nothing but empty platitudes from the customer services team.
I can't even cancel the order and go elsewhere.

Does what it says - cut to size
Ordered 10 pieces which all arrived promptly.
Was disappointed that for trapezium shapes one side was limited to 149mm, which is very short considering that other lengths could be 3000mm.

Excellent Replacement Garden Dining Table-top
Ordered a custom acrylic table-top for a large garden dining table, to replace the original glass table-top that got shattered in a storm. Delivery arrived in a couple of days and quality seems excellent, with all the specified measurements (parasol cutout, exact radius corners, etc) - and the “glass effect” Perspex looks just like real glass.
