Exact size as required, very quick delivery. 1st rate!

Get sent the incorrect size. I contacted them 1.5 weeks ago. They acknowledged my response but I have not heard anything since. I have contacted them again and still no reply. Do not order from this company!

The Acrylic table cover I ordered arrived with a scratch on it, I have tried to contact them via email on three occasions but no response. Before ordering I should have read the one star reviews as they all appear to have the same issue. Everyone makes mistakes, it's how those mistakes are rectified that is important. Based on that I would not use this company again

Easy to navigate and clear instructions regarding sizing and cutting

The customer service was polite and 5 star! The delivery of items with damaged edges in multiple places for the white melamine faced plywood - fpr a sample size and full size - was less than ideal. BUT, we received a prompt full refund for the purchase when providing adequate photographs, no problem. They do stand by threir policy for customer saitisfaction with different options in this kind of situation. It seems like quality control is lacking. The pieces were very well packaged with thick foam bumpers, good fast delivery - damages not the courier's fault in our opinion. I finessed the damaged edges myself because I could, but we shouldn't have to do that. So you take your chances. It is good value.

Outstanding service

One item on my order was incorrect (two left-hand doors instead of one left and one right). I contacted CutMy and they agreed to provide a replacement. It
took about a week but they delivered to the wrong address (I didn’t ask for it to be delivered).
I’ve emailed, but I only have a response from their AI. Maybe they’ll read the email eventually…
