Project delays due to cutting errors!
This was my third order with CutMy, however, this was the first one without any errors, I believe that was because I had asked for the orber to be triple checked to ensure no errors, the order was delivered late but I expected it to be!
I would like to say that CutMy support was very helpful and managed to get the errors corrected as quickly as possible, the after sales service was good, however, apart from verbal appollogees for errors on my first two orders there was no offer of recompense for the mistakes that were made.
On both occasions, my projects were delayed due to having to wait for the correct size boards to be recut and delivered.
The first project was a Gerbilarium for our pet gerbils, so wasn't a massive issue being a little delayed, the second project was a bit more of an issue, it was a bunk bed room divider, so the delay has much more of an impact on my children as they had nowhere to sleep, due to the fact that I had to dismantle their beds to build the new ones!
All in all, the quality of the materials supplied is great, the ordering process is very easy, the delivery service is fine, however, you need to make sure that the items you receive are in fact the correct size that you ordered, especially if you are ordering multiple items of the same size, I WOULD RECOMMEND PUTTING A MESSAGE ON THE ORDER TO DOUBLE CHECK THE ITEMS! before sending it to you.

I like how easy it is to make the cuts bespoke and to select the style and colour, all of which feels bespoke, which is especially important for someone like us with non-standardised measurements in our house. Great product and quick delivery, thank you.

Frosted perspex
Ordering was easy and especially liked the preview so i could see it before committing to it. My only negative would be delivery. It stated a specific day for delivery so i organised a day off to be in for it coming, however it changed to a different day two days later then i got an email saying it was going to be delayed. No tracking available with APC so had no idea when it was arriving til about two hours before.
