Engineer phoned to say he was on his way.
He was polite, friendly and courteous, and even found time to play with the dog.
Whilst servicing the boiler he showed me where the filter is and whilst cleaning it he explained its purpose.

I have recently had a new boiler fitted and I cannot recommend Custom Heat highly enough! Their communication is excellent, their quotes clear and their service is friendly, reliable and efficient. I have used this company for several years now for boiler services, new radiators etc and they have never let me down. They do what they have promised and they always arrive when expected. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We have recently had a new electric central heating boiler to replace our old oil system, and a new, more efficient immersion heater tank installed . The work was done efficiently, effectively and on time. The staff were really knowledgeable, helpful, polite and very tidy. Special thanks to Tom, Tynan, Ellis, Beth and Kyle for their hard work, and many thanks to the managers too.

Customer exploitation, not problem solving
Although the representatives are polite, the culture of this company is not problem solving but customer exploitation.
First visit left me with what seemed to be a working oil fired system but rapid water pressure loss was ignored despite me pointing it out. I believe this caused damage to my boiler. Further work at twice the cost failed to solve it. A final quote of nearly £700 had me walking away. I got it fixed for a lot less by a registered oftec person who was scathing of the lack of diagnostic work.
