Gas boiler service by Rob
Rob arrived promptly at his rescheduled time. He was very thorough in carrying out the gas boiler service and because I was nosey explained most of the operations. Put me right on the carbon monoxide detector. In fact he did a good job alround, went into more detail than previous service calls.

Good management and trust
When you pickup the phone and ask for help, you know that the person at the other end is going to deliver. Also, the patience of the engineer who attends will want to understand the issue(s), and will do their best to fix whatever has gone wrong. Or, they will inform you of the reason why thing cannot be sorted that day. This service relies on good management and trust.

I am done with this company. Overpriced and just constant daily bombarding of pay the invoice. We paid it and still received overdue emails. Boiler replacement £2500 more than the one we went with for the same model boiler
