On may 17th 2025 I ordered a custom cut shirt from Custom Cut NYC. I was sent a email verifying that they would use the dimensions sent to them to make the shirt. When the shirt was delivered the sleeves were 20" instead of the 30" as ordered. I contacted them several times, they are ignoring me.
This company advertised that if the shirt didn't fit, return it and they will make it right. Since it was my first time ordering a custom shirt, my measurements were a bit off. I returned the shirt on 10/28/24 with corrected dimensions. It is now late February and still no shirt and no communications from the company. Their chat box on their web site is a joke. I thought that I found a company to make the perfect shirt. Boy, was I wrong. Order #CCNY5079.
