The customer service was great, and Tuxedo fit was very nice.

I made a discrepancy with respect to my size and they message me immediately to clarify. I bought two different tuxedos and was very surprised that it was a 99% fit. I only needed to hem the pants. Also, surprisingly that it came with all of the accessories, bow tie, belt, etc. which I have my own. Overall, satisfied with the responsive service and fit.

A one star is too high with my experience first I ordered the suit and sent my measurements and it got a refund. I still don’t know the reason after that I re-order the suit picked my measurements again and they emailed me and said it was going to be here at a later date and confirmed it a day leading up to it. They canceled my order and said they have nothing in stock anymore but the suit is still on the site.

First, it took weeks to get my order. :(
I will say the Sweatshirt I ordered did look very similar to the picture, it is a pretty poor quality shirt. The order had the correct spelling of the logo and personalization. Just an FYI, in my opinion, the men's size large is about the typical Xtra-large

The suit was a beautiful as advertised.
It met all my expectations and more

real poor return and bad custoemr service. Purchased pair of shoes looked great on pics but when received, porr quality and fit very poorly. initiated return, had to ship to Istanbul pay $70 for shipping, still waiting for refund -team is not responsive avoid this site.

This is without a doubt the nicest suit I have ever owned, the quality and materials are immaculate. Additionally I had to send the first one back since I ordered the wrong size and the customer service was amazing. I will absolutely never order a suit from anywhere else. Never heard about the site before and was a little skeptical. The original suit I wanted was not available after purchasing, however I was able to work with an actual person and they offered alternatives and worked with me to confirm the correct sizes and style. Delivery was very fast and the quality of the suit is very good and I am overall impressed and happy. The suit is a perfect fit. I would recommend.

I ordered a pair of shoes. The service was perfect, I got them very quickly (much earlier that the latest possible term). The box included also a shoe horn and a pair of socks, in addition to a garment bag/cover. I thought it was a nice touch.

This is the best place to order your suits, they have so many different varieties for everyone and custom suits that I have never seen anywhere else. The material is amazing and beautiful. Also the attention they give to help you with everything like size wise is amazing, me I was talking to them for a month before I order my suit and I don’t regret it because they help me pick the best suit and best size and you could ask as many questions as you want without them getting frustrated. I love my suit is the best place to order any kind of suit they have every color, but again what I like the most was the attention you get so thank you to them for everything.

My wife purchased my suit from GentWith and it fit perfectly. There pricing was within my budget and it was a wonderful experience working with them. Gent With is the ONLY place you need to go to for your suit. I ordered a suit for my sister’s wedding through Gent With via Etsy and had the most pleasant and professional experience as I was contacted to ensure the proper measurements were recorded (I actually entered the wrong size on the Etsy website and Gent With made sure to confirm with me that the measurements were accurate). If it weren’t for their expertise and knowledge, I would’ve probably been screwed. The owner of this shop/ account truly knows what they are doing and brings ease to your events knowing that you’ll have a great suit to attend with. The quality and fit is amazing. I’ll definitely recommend Gent With to anyone, but especially because of their fast responses and quick solutions. This is now the only shop I will order suits from.
