reliable payment service.
App have no function to cancel a wrong Transaktion even its one minute after execute. If the Transaction was done after the available support time, there is no way to stop it.
No function to insert one Transaktion and set it on hold.
Fees partly a bit expensive.
Does not accept US Companies
Currenxie provides a fast onboarding process and responds to my inquiries promptly. I highly recommend business users to open an account with Currenxie.
I paid 8 USD for a SWIFT of 30 USD to a supplier in Japan (B2B). But the supplier complained that the amount was never received. After I asked the support, they said the money would be returned to my wallet, but they took 25 USD processing fees. So, from the 38 USD I spent, I got just 5 USD back. Don't trust them. They also charged me 50 USD to open an account!

So everything was fine, no new transactions for like a week or two, and then all of a sudden, well, your account does not meet our risk tolerance and we are closing your account.
No explanation nothing
Ridiculous, so let me get this straight, all was good with your risk appetite for a year, but suddenly there is a problem.
Stay away, as you want something reliable, not unreliable. Now, if you want to use it like to pay bills and keep max to 1000 on it and have no clients pay into it, then you would be fine.
Imagine if I had no alternative, what would we do.

Currenxie has still not done anything about a transafer of almost a quarter of a million US Dollars sent to an account they provided me. They claim that they are going to process a return of funds to me however after 5 days they are unable to provide any feedback and claim that they are yet to receive any feedback from CItibank their banking partner whom they deal with every day. I tried calling fro 5hours nobody answered and this was during their business hours, I sent almost 10 emails all of which we opened and I have screenshots of them opening them but nobody responded. The lack or urgency, the lack of communication and the non transparency is shocking. How do these people even have a license to operate???? I eventually got through by calling from a different number and then demanded someone higher up call me which was refused. I did inform them I was recording the calls and will be reporting them which I am busy doing. Currenxie are thieves and do not understand any sort of service delivery.
Excellent product and an even better team!
The platform works really well, but what stands out most is the team behind it - super responsive, approachable, and genuinely committed to understanding our constraints and suggesting smart, realistic alternatives.
The only suggestion I’d make is to improve the authentication experience on both the website and the app - the session timeout feels a bit too short.

First of all, we are a traditional trading company, and all our financial transactions are legal and compliant, with complete import and export documentation.
However, for payments remitted from Japan to our company—whether in Japanese Yen or Chinese Yuan—it consistently takes over a week to receive the funds. This is not a one-off case; the delays occur every single time.
After sending an inquiry email, the only response we received was to "wait." Two days later, we followed up with another email, but received no reply at all.
Messages sent via WeChat have also gone unanswered. It has now been a full week, and I don’t know if other users are experiencing the same issue. I sincerely hope this is not an isolated case.
If this continues, we will have no choice but to turn to a traditional bank. At this point, the current arrangement no longer makes sense.

The sign-up process is all over the place, they cost me alot of time and money with their requirements and lying! I specifically asked if a registered business can sign up for an account and they said yes, once I registered my business spending alot of money, I'm not told it has to be incorporated, when their website clearly states it needs to be a registered business, not an incorporated one! Wasted my time and money, the website claims to have businesses of all sizes from small to large, well why would a small company be incorporated, they sound like hypocrites!

I answered all the supporting document requests with evidence of my business activity
still no news from them
Asked them to recall funds to my client so he pays me on a different account so I can continue my business activity (with 2 weeks delay)
No answers from them even to return funds
I have very good FX payment activity experience as working as a sale for 7 years in a similar business this is very poor customer service and terrible compliance
Scammers stay away from them
Very simple, straightforward experience. Website is intuitively easy to grasp. Onboarding process was also uncomplicated. Happy with the service. Highly recommended.
I opened a bank account a year ago at Currenxie Bank. Everything was in order and it happened pretty smoothly.
Then my account became dormant so I had to reactivate my account. I submitted the same documents as I did a year earlier, since nothing had changed. That is also why my account became dormant. The same documents which were fine for accepting me as a client, were not fine now with reactivating the account. I received an email stating it exceeded their risk tolerance.
Upon request for further explanation, no answer was given. "They could not elaborate further." So they are basically saying: "Welcome as a client with the given documents." And then a year later with the same documents, they say: "No, this is not good. It exceeds our risk tolerance but also we will not explain ourselves."
It is very strange that they do not give an explanation so that I can understand. Now it is just ending this banking relationship based on basically nothing.
My advice: you can bank with them but with a snap of the fingers, they will kick you out without giving any explanation on what changed for them! I would thus not recommend at all!
