blocked my money for days and blocked…

They were supposed to refund my balance on May 5th. They still haven't done this. And they are not responding to my emails either.blocked my money for days and blocked my account whiteout any reason

They still dont give the money back! they no answer anymore my emails!

I have been waiting for my refund since April. The deadline of May 5th has passed. You have stopped responding to my emails. If the funds (MT103 proof) are not provided within 24 hours, I will file a formal report with the FCA (UK) and the Customs and Excise Department (Hong Kong). I will also post this experience on every major review platform

rejected for no apparent reason

I applied to open an account for a European SaaS company, but was rejected for no apparent reason. It's probably more flexible to open an account with a bank than with risky services.

Removed all my funds from Currenxie…

Removed all my funds from Currenxie Bank due to serious concerns around support and account handling.

My account manager stopped responding to messages, and support requested unnecessary documentation for transfers between my own company accounts. To avoid any operational or liquidity risk, I decided to withdraw all funds and discontinue using the service.

Based on this experience, I no longer trust this bank.

Great banking and service desk

Excellent banking solution for receiving and paying in many currencies. Very low fees; excellent rates based on average FX-rate at moment of transfer.
Both their website and app are clear, concise and easy to use.
You can apply for Visa debit card to pay or draw cash at ATMs around the World. You can set your own limit for the card easily through the app/website based on how much money is in your account. The card is free and there is a money-back deal on card transactions.
But a special mention should be their outstandingly excellent customer service with not just fast follow up; but actual helpful support and solutions by friendly and knowledgeable people. And yes; you can get them on the phone as well !
