Been with Curaleaf for around 6 months now and they are great. Very friendly staff and they listen. Their products are really good and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They have so much to choose from and at very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend Curaleaf for your medical cannabis needs!

I cannot recommend this medical cannabis clinic and their medicine enough.
I live with adhd, anxiety, depression, severe fibromyalgia, arthritis and injuries that had left me in constant pain for years. I am home bound most of the time.
Before starting treatment, my mornings began with an instant, overwhelming flood of cortisol and stomach-churning anxiety the moment I opened my eyes.
Even when resting I was constantly, involuntarily twisting my legs in bed just trying to find relief from the non-stop pain.
I have only been using my prescribed medical cannabis and oil for 2 weeks, but the difference is absolutely massive.
It is not a magical cure (maybe a little bit), but it is an incredibly powerful, highly effective tool for managing chronic illness, physical disability, and mental health.
Within the first few days, the background noise of my chronic pain dropped so significantly that my body felt genuinely safe for the first time in years. This deep sense of safety actually triggered an emotional breakthrough—flooding me with warm early childhood memories of feeling safe. My sleep has dramatically improved, the involuntary leg twisting from pain has completely stopped, and my depression and anxiety have lifted immensely.
I now feel safe enough to leave the house more often, knowing I can manage my symptoms anywhere, whenever I need to.
The clinic itself has been amazing.
Absolutely serious about the business and patients.
The staff provide patient, deeply understanding, and kind support, and the medicine is very reasonably priced, clinic offers wide variety of options and forms of treatment.
This is the biggest and most legitimate clinic which i understand is directly connected to NHS so it goes on your medical record, very straight forward and quick process, only took few days from the registration to receiving the medication.
For anyone considering this, I cannot recommend the use of a vaporizer enough. I have felt absolutely no draw or desire to use any other consumption methods.
Do yourself a favor and get a medical grade vaporizer!
This treatment has safely broken a decades-long cycle of pain, given me back my body awareness, and truly RESTORED MY DIGNITY AND WILL TO LIVE.
If you are struggling with long-term chronic illness or mental health, like depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD it is absolutely worth exploring medical cannabis.

I wanted to switch from initial clinic to Curaleaf.
Don’t bother. Poor communication and terrible support.
Took my money for an initial consultation and then didnt explain to me how to attend. Missed my appointment and now still no contact.

Awful experience. Expected me to jump throught hoops asking NHS consultants to write and confirm they agree with prescriptions. This not possible, why would the NHS open themselves up to liability?
Despite never receiving a prescription they continue to take money out of my account for the subscription service. A service that is not being provided. I had one appointment! I've complained but they won't refund me, and wouldn't be surprised if they continue to take money from me.
Use a different provider. I applied with Alternaleaf, process was seamless and I had a prescription with 2 weeks.

To all the people out there who are struggling and crippled with chronic severe pain and the people who suffer from mental health depression and social anxiety because we have disabilities and can be very daunting for us all feeling if we have got a stigma hanging over our heads sometimes. I can only highly advise people out there to give Curaleaf Clinic a go as it’s the best thing I have done for my health in a very very long time it has changed my life completely. For instance I had a very bad episode of all the suicidal raving thoughts and a very bad few days with depression and when I was arranging my prescription I was speaking to a doctor and explaining to them what had happened and you know Curaleaf actually arranged for one of the psychiatrist reached out to me to discuss what has been going on and we had a very nice conversation and understanding with us all. I think that was amazing thing for them to do reaching out to me to see if they can help in anyway whatsoever, Which I thought was amazing from them because they could have just said a just send him his prescriptions and take his money but I feel all the staff at Curaleaf are so thoughtful kind and really care about there patients and there outcomes in there health. Get on to them people it will change your life completely.

I am very sensitive to medications, so finding the right treatment has required a careful and individualised approach. When I experienced side effects, my concerns were taken seriously and appropriately escalated, allowing me to review everything with my consultant and begin a new treatment plan tailored to my needs.

Dr R Hazlett deserves special praise. During my appointment, I was extremely anxious and struggling, but he immediately recognised how difficult things were for me. He took the time to reassure me, answer my questions, and make sure I felt heard. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Her calm, compassionate approach made me feel genuinely safe, which is something I value enormously as a patient.

I would also like to thank Dr D Brenmer for his expertise and oversight of my care. Together, they have helped me feel supported and confident throughout my treatment journey.

One of the most valuable things I have learned through Curaleaf is that more medication is not always better. At one stage, I was using more in an attempt to improve my symptoms, but in reality I was making myself feel worse. My clinicians helped me understand this and guided me towards a much more balanced and effective approach. I am now using a minimal amount, yet achieving better symptom control than before.

What stands out to me about Curaleaf is their focus on responsible symptom management rather than simply increasing prescriptions. They take a sensible, evidence-based, patient-centred approach and are willing to adapt treatment when needed rather than taking a one-size-fits-all view.

Given my medication sensitivities, feeling safe and confident in my care is incredibly important. Curaleaf has consistently provided that reassurance. I feel I am in very safe hands and would not consider changing clinics. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, responsible, and compassionate medical cannabis service.

I have been with curaleaf almost a year now. Medication totally arrives the next day, and if there's any problems customer care is always fast to respond, as is the pharmacy.

Curaleaf are really helpful and easy enough to use if u have any problems u can call up an they explain and help through things I have brain damage and can't talk the best but they take there time with me and help me through things and thank you karley helping me with my travel letter

Joke of a clinic. Would not recommend to join. Very limited stock, and if unavailable you won't be able to request more. Failed to provide adequate information on how would I be able to request an allowance change in my medication despite my every effort to bring this issue under the clinician's attention. Furthermore, Dan called me up to threathen me with discharge for my upset behaviour due to these issues arised. When I requested my discharge letter, Shannon sent me the letter telling me THEY have suspended my subscription due to my behaviour. First threathening with cancellation but fail to take action, yet when I letter was requested by me, they justified their letter with my "unacceptable" behaviour.
I would recommend to steer clear if you don't want to be left on the road side and ignored, yet threathened when expressing an opinion on their conduct of service.
Although never have provides me with an official outcome letter regarding my complaint filed recently.

PS.: I REALLY HOPE THAT GREEDY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES WILL EVENTUALLY STOP EXTORTING AND EXPLOITING SICK AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE.
PAYING TO £ JUST SO THE SHAREHOLDERS CAN REALISE AN OBSCENE PROFIT IS NOT SUSTAINABLE IN THE LONG RUN.
IF A PHARMACY IS UNABLE TO MEET THE OVERWHELMING DEMAND, ONE MUST SHARE ITS RESPONSIBILITIES ULTIMATELY.

Exceptional service!

To be fair to Curaleaf I have not always been impressed with their speed of despatch or some of their customer service agents and I have criticised them through Trust pilot in the past but it is with delight that I am writing this to commend the exceptional service I have received this week!
Having misread the expiry date of my prescription I ordered then realised it was probably not going to be despatched as run out if time so would be refunded. I spoke to an agent on their chat the following day to ask what would happen as it missed the deadline worried I would not receive my medication. The agent, Louis, liased with the pharmacy and we were able to get it despatched the next day although prescription technically was ood! Brilliant customer service here 👏
To make sure I did not make the same mistake again I proceeded to order again yesterday (05.06.26) and to my absolute amazement it has been delivered today!
100 % improvement and thank you curaleaf 🤗

This company is useless, the flower is disgusting, the staff are absolutely clueless about, well.....everything!

I am no longer with them, as I tried over 13 different Strains, all of them being terrible quality (either dead yellow flower, or super dry)

I had almost no help from the consultants (I tried several different ones too) kept getting told one thing, and then the complete opposite.

Im now with Big Narstie Medical (BNM)
and they are amazing, the staff actually listen to any concerns raised, there is a much bigger selection of strains/ Oils and vapes that are available than curaleaf. And so far ive tried 5 different Strains and they have all been 10/10

Also, NO MONTHLY CONSULTATION FEES!!!!!

AVOID CURALEAF LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

All they want it to take your money, they couldn't care less about patients if they tried
